That's it~! Thank you SK The neighborhood that the lady lives in is to the right as she pans across at the first of the video. You can see how high the water is there. She was so excited, she waded all across that big mess to get a video. Also, one of my kids said there are a few other sinkholes that opened right around the same timeframe. I can't verify that for certain as it's hearsay at this point. Hi Connie! Thought I would stop by to make sure you are ok and also to ask how is everything in Houston? Still praying for you, for all impacted in Texas. I've seen youtube videos about lots of stuff, none of it good.

I PM'd her yesterday. She said she is still dry. She works at a school and is waiting to hear about work or to be able to help in some other way.

Last night I saw that Tennessee had tornado warnings, and I just saw a video of a tornado in Alabama-- all related to Harvey.

Thank you both for checking on me-- much appreciated! There's still some flooding from all the dams releasing water but it isn't in my neighborhood. Spent some time restocking and getting things back in order but we found out today that school has been postponed for another week. The day back at the moment is 9/11-- For some reason, I'm not feeling all that excited about going back

Glad everything is well!
My schedule is all off because we travelled straight through last night to come home from the beach, then I couldn't fall asleep when we first got home. Later crashed though and am just waking up.
The latest I am hearing is that Irma is bigger than Harvey and is expected to be a strong cat 5 and make landfall near or around New York City; on 9-11! So crazy.

So crazy. Technically, it's not "expected" to do anything except be a cat 4-5 hurricane. It's still too early to know exactly what it's going to do. Just be careful with the word, "expected." It is possible and computer models show there is potential it could directly hit New York, but it could also directly hit Houston again or D.C, or get caught up in that huge High in the northern Atlantic that could take it up north with minimal affect on the east coast. Though I sense the foreboding as well in my spirit that Irma is not going to be good wherever she hits, we just need to be careful with sensationalizing without the facts. I'm guilty of it too (and perhaps need to make sure my posts so far about it are clear that it's speculation at this point), so don't feel I'm calling you out or anything. This is not that big of a deal. It's just what I thought from reading your comment. But speculatively, it would indeed be "crazy" if she hit NYC on 9/11, or D.C. for that matter, as a cat 3-5. If that happens, I can't see how people especially saved Christians could not see that as the Hand of God on our country. But we'll just have to watch it.

Personally hoping for it go out to sea. The northeast could be a worse disaster than Houston as construction codes are not up to Cat 2 wind speeds. I do "feel" my hopes are not aligned with His will however given the season/time

One too many youtube scare mongering videos maybe. Probably, just about everything I said yesterday was from lack of sleep and change of location. From nice, gorgeous, sea breeze, salt water, incredible SC beach that is in my avatar picture... To here. Not so merry Maryland... rainy, politician infested, corruption filled, and for the most part completely miserable place that I live and want to leave very badly. Still trying to recover lol. I just woke up. Are they saying it is headed for DC? If so I may be in for it, as I live in that area; not directly in DC, but like a suburb of DC. So many live here and work there. NY or DC... either way... yeah, we are deserving of the punishment. Like you, I am sensing a deep foreboding in regards to Irma right now. Not for me necessarily, but for this country. It is going to be a nail right next to and maybe worse than Harvey, in the "coffin" that is America.

We lived in Silver Spring for a year a few years ago, so I know what you mean about wanting to get out of the infestation, lol. I posted in Eye on Irma an update that showed the now far out projection as hitting D.C. head on. But that's FAR OUT, too many days to really know. All you can reasonably know is up to 5 days at best.
