Thank you so much for posting this, hillary! Watching it right now!
You're welcome! What did you think? While it seems Ron is still skeptical, I was SO encouraged by this conversation!
SaveSaveThanks you for posting this video.
I watched part of the last one but couldn't stomach it and turned it off. I made it through the entirety of this one. So that is improvement!
I'm not sure how encouraged I am though. I very much appreciate the apology that Ron gave to Scottie and I do think he genuinely meant it. It's just that... forgive me if I don't say this right because I'm not sure how to go about saying it properly... The very lengthy post I made in this thread (sorry, lots of my posts tend to be that way), I think that Ron is like that; like what I talk about in that post.
He is so wrapped up in "his own doctrine" and in what he personally believes. And it is almost like he sees himself as "higher" or "closer to God" than Scottie. I saw jab after jab after jab made. What does the world define it as... passive-aggressive I think.
It's hard to put into words, but he just comes across like... and I'm truly sorry if I'm wrong but I don't think I am... exactly like the pharisees did in the Bible when they spoke to Jesus and to all who followed Jesus.
To be clear, I am NOT COMPARING Scottie to Jesus in some sort of way to present him as if he is somehow like God. That is very important to say and for whomever is reading this to understand. I want to make sure I'm being clear:
Scottie is a person,
a sinner, corrupt flesh. He is just like me, just like every other person on this planet who is of God's Church which is Christ's Body. We are sinful and we sin. There is
NOTHING special about us or about Scottie except for one thing. That one special thing is that
we belong to Jesus.
If one is reading this and does not belong to Jesus, I beg you to change that and change it right now because time IS running out.
ALL are special who believe on Jesus, His Sacrifice and resurrection, have repented, and have confessed to Him their sins and asked Him to make them His for eternity. Underlined because that is also very important.
All of this happening in God's Church... I don't even look at all of it as simply the "Revelation 12 sign".
It's NOT just that sign. It is everything that is happening right now,
everything. It's also what The Holy Spirit is speaking to me personally. He's not telling me...
"Hey Tiff. That is the Revelation 12 sign in the sky and I am going to rapture you on September 23." What He
is telling me is to
watch! Because He is coming soon! Regarding Scottie, he happened to be the vessel (the individual) that Jesus used to get this message out. Does that make Scottie special? Sure. But it's not about him nor any of the other's who have spent so much time researching this. Scottie is not what or who is important. What is? It is
the message and
the convergence of so many things happening right now; on earth and in the heavens. Also how what is happening on earth and in the heavens all lines up with the Bible and what is foretold in the Bible, what the Bible says will happen in end times.
Anyways, back to what I was saying about Ron, the way he is behaving with Scottie and with all of us who are currently on high watch because we feel The Holy Spirit telling us,
"It's time!". In my opinion, the recent goings on with not only Ron but also much of the "mainstream church", it completely parallels how the pharisees were with Jesus, the disciples, and those who followed Jesus.
With the pharisees and how they were during the time of Jesus, it's not only that they didn't believe that Jesus was their Messiah (though it is true they did not believe He was). It's more than just that. It's the way they treated Him and the way they treated those who did believe. It's like they had such disdain for Him. They treated him as if he were some ignorant nobody not worthy of even standing in their presence. Why? Because from their perspective, Jesus was a
nobody. That said, they weren't too concerned. That is, until this "nobody" started creating a stir. During the time Jesus spent on this earth, He garnered a great following. Many people DID BELIEVE! And that is why the disdain, that is why He ended crucified on the cross. Because what He said did not line up with what they said. Also because once people started listening to Jesus, it messed up the power and control the pharisees had over the people.
In a way, I think they never wanted to see Messiah. Maybe not consciously, but subconsciously. Because once Messiah came, that would mean the end of their power and control over the people.
To say the least, all of this angered the pharisees. Because
they were the ones who were supposed to be
of God, only them.
They were the ones who were supposed to be holy.
They were the ones who were special, who were born and raised for this. Not the common people. Them. God appointed
them to teach all of Israel and to intercede as the only go between, between God and His People.
From their perspective, out of nowhere here comes this nobody Jesus, breaking all their rules, messing with their complete power and control over the people, telling them that they don't "know" all they think that they do, that they need to take a step back and read again God's Word because
God said He was going to send them Messiah and each and every tiny little thing written SCREAMED Jesus! He fulfilled each and every prophesy! But because the pharisees were so caught up in themselves, in their power and control, in the things of the world, in doctrine which was originally was given to them by God... But that over many many years they had added to, taken away from, changed, twisted, put their own dots on every i and their own crosses on every t. They changed God's Doctrine into their own, into man's. All to the point to where
they were so far from God, and living
SO FAR from God's Will, that they were completely
BLIND to their Messiah standing right in front of their faces.
And so, not just Ron, but generally speaking
I think that is what has happened to today's church. It started out good and pure, proclaiming Jesus. Have to remember though, we are human, and we are corrupt and with much sin. Gradually, over all these years the church has gotten to what we today see before us. Differences in small things leading to different denominations. Disagreement. And finally, a quest for power. Today's brick and mortar church, mostly is so corrupt, so worldly, worried about money, about new buildings, about number of followers (not followers of Jesus they are worried about; but followers of the "church"). Most are completely BLIND to new information, and really, this information concerning Revelation 12; it's not even "new" information. Nor was Scottie the first one to ever speak of it (as he says in the video these things were spoken of and taught in the past by other believers in Christ and somewhere along the line for whatever reason faded, were forgotten about, were no longer taught).
And so it's not even "Scottie's" revelation. It is for ALL with eyes to see and ears to hear. Many of us DO have eyes to see and ears to hear. Not only that, but we can see the absolute mess that the brick and mortar "church",
supposed to be God's Church, has turned in to. Because of all this, "Kiononia House"
has to be right. Ron
has to be right. The modern, apostate, all that matters is control, all that matters is money, all that matters is becoming a mega-church or huge corporate entity, all that matters is power, all that matters is building that new addition, attracting new members, writing that new book and selling it to everyone so money will go to their pockets
(and the nerve of what was said... something about "Ha, ha, you are not worried about that Scottie because you haven't written a book that you are trying to sell yet"). That was but one of many "digs" I saw taken at Scottie. I mean, seriously??? Well, that's truth right there. Basically by saying what he did to Scottie, Ron is admitting that he is more worried about books he has written and that they continue to sell then he is about knowing the truth in Jesus Christ. It's not just him; many books have been written, sold, and are still selling based upon man's doctrine and "what man thinks" is truth.
I do want to be clear in saying that it is not wrong for man to write a book, to seek truth in God's Word, to do the best they can to interpret it through both The Holy Spirit and information that is available based upon circumstance of the generation that "we" happen to be a part of. And so, it's not that the books they wrote, that it was wrong for them to do so. I'm also not saying that when these books were written that the authors of these books didn't write them with a genuine heart and with true love for the Lord. I am sure they were written from a genuine thirst for knowledge of God, seeking Him, wanting to know Him more, and wanting to share what they have learned.
The thing that is wrong about it... putting those books in the same category as The Bible. Or trying to add the information in the books as it pertains to The Bible in stating that a verse or a passage could only mean ONE THING and that ONE THING is ONLY what such and such man who interpreted it said it means and therefore it can never mean anything else. That's not God. That's man. You'll never find inaccuracy in God's Word. Man's word on the other hand...
It's so difficult to be in the world but not of it. It is so hard to do! Even men who genuinely seek God's Heart, they feel they are shown something by The Holy Spirit, write a book about it, garner a following, make money. And at some point in time that man is corrupted because somewhere in there the things of the world started meaning more to him than the Things of God.
I mean, why else is one not willing to change their mind
or even entertain something that doesn't align with what
"they" have already declared to be
"God's Doctrine". And seriously,
who are they to declare what God's Doctrine is? I don't know. It makes me angry and makes me sad. Sad for them and also sad for what the brick and mortar church has become. Because the brick and mortar church
does represent to the world... Jesus. And if this is the way we are going to represent Jesus??? If this is how God's Church behaves and the example it shows to those who do not believe, those who are not saved, those who are not sealed by The Holy Spirit.
Just ?? It's heartbreaking. One last thing: We all must be careful of this. Scottie must be careful of this. It could happen to anyone, no matter how close one thinks they are to Jesus. And as we have seen, it DOES happen, over and over again.
So far I'm very impressed with how Scottie has handled himself. With his research, he's never said
"This IS the way it is and there could be no other meaning, no other explanation, no other date." All of this, the eclipse coming up, and The Revelation 12 Sign... it's so exciting! I think also that it has drawn many people closer to Jesus. It certainly has for me and has ignited in me such a hunger and thirst for God's Word. A warning to everyone though, be careful (and I think most here know this already). We don't KNOW all this will be or turn out exactly as we think. If it doesn't, don't let that disappoint you or let it hinder your relationship with Jesus, or let your relationship with Jesus backslide. He IS coming back and I truly believe VERY SOON! September 23, 2017 is just as good a day as any. It very well could be that day. Or just as much chance it won't be that exact day. So don't let that be any deciding factor for you. It IS TIME to be LOOKING UP! No matter what, KEEP ON LOOKING UP until HE RETURNS, because HE IS COMING!
