This definitely has my attention. Seeing Russian and Muslim armies now working in synchronicity...

It might also be the case that there is only one Gog/Magog war and Ezekiel 38-39 happens at the end of the Millennium, in which the old gang gets back together.

I think this post of needs to be removed. Russia looks nothing like the Gog of the bible. They look more like f troop. I have listed one problematic news post among many. Admit it Gary you got tricked by the enemy. Stop listening to the quacks posting here and read the actual news of what is going on. Russia is imploding internally with mass defections among its millitary. The Turks (the actually biblical Gog) have deployed weapons that the Russian military has no ability to stop. The Bayraktar TB2 drone. it obliterated the russian air defenses in armenia back in 2020 and it is doing even more now. www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/ukraine-s-military-forces-russian-troops-east-of-kyiv-back-55-km-from-city-center/ar-AAVqkZH?ocid=msedgdhp&pc=U531 Russian troops taking up defensive positions and are even being pushed back by several kilometers. altlifeinsurance.com/2022/03/22/ukraines-drones-are-wreaking-havoc-on-the-russian-army/TB-2s belonging to the Ukrainian air force and navy in recent days have dismantled whole swathes of Russia’s front-line air-defense network and are now relentlessly smashing Russian tanks and supply trucks. Gary,And with credible reports that Turkey has sent fresh shipments of drones, it’s possible Kyiv’s drone campaign is just beginning. I have read other articles where Russian soldiers have turned on each other shot themselves to get out of the war and even run their commanders over with tanks.

I am also surprised at how the Russian military has under performed which is a good thing. But we are witnessing the reemergence of the old Soviet Union. The bear does indeed have three ribs in it's mouth with the two newly acknowledged states and the greater Ukraine.
We should see some kind of decision before the end of the summer.

"And we know that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose." Rom. 8:28Russia may look disorganized and weak at the moment, but we don't know about tomorrow. Perhaps they are meant to look weak and will begin to retreat back home when God will "put hooks in (his) jaws and bring (him) out." We don't know. Just think what Israel might have thought when Ezekiel prophesied to them: "My servant David will be king over them, and there will be one shepherd for all of them. They will follow My ordinances and keep and observe My statutes. They will live in the land that I gave to My servant Jacob, where your fathers lived. They will live there forever with their children and grandchildren, and My servant David will be their prince forever."btw, boraddict, just a note, the bear w/three ribs in it's mouth of Daniel 7 is Persia, not Russia, and symbolized the second kingdom of the Earth, same as the chest and arms of silver of Nebuchadnezzar's dream statue. As the statue implies, the two arms comprise the two parts of that empire, Media and Persia. The bear rising up on one side implies one will be greater than the other, which turned out to be Persia. The three ribs comprise the kingdoms that were subdued to give Persia, "Empire" status, Lydia, Babylonia, and Egypt. "Rise up and devour..."
“Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!"

I think we need to relook the idea of "Rus" in Ezekiel 38 in light of actual history. Moscow is not ancient Rus, it's Muscovite, and is relatively new. Ancient Rus is older than Moscow but much, much newer than Ezekiel. "Rus" originally referred to "people who row" and formed between the 8th and 11th centuries when the Norse moved to the river areas between the Baltics and the Black sea and established Kyiv and became what MODERN historians call the Kievan Rus. Kiev was founded in 482AD, Moscow in the 12th century. "Rus" cannot be the ancient name spoken by Ezekiel, because even the people that became the Rus did not exist, neither was the location called Rus. It just didn't exist then. So either we have a translation problem or the names in Ezekiel are prophetic themselves. If you look into non-KJV translations, or even the Hebrew source text for the KJV, "chief of Rus" is not there: www.blueletterbible.org/kjv/eze/38/2/t_conc_840002It's a mistranslation. It says "chief prince".

Something is very wrong with this picture. Russia with 4,000 nukes will not turn down it's tail and run, so it is becoming very dangerous for the world. So while Turkey may have a go at the ending, the thing with Russia happens first. What is going to happen?
Russia withdraw? NO Russia give up? NO Russia loose the war? NO Russia attack the U.S.? YES
Then Turkey will have it's way.

Russia is above, or on top of, or as a summit of a mountain top, or as "a head" above Turkey and Armenia where Turkey and Armenia appear as shoulders. You could literally draw a nice triangle between the capitals of Russia, Turkey, and Armenia and it would look like the shape of a tall mountain. The KJV translation of "chief prince" is just fine. That's the highest of them all, figurately and physically speaking.

Russia isn't at the top of anything right now, and certainly not of Turkey, who shut down the Bosporus to Russian warships and assisted Ukraine in building the drone that's tearing up Russian tank formations.
