matthew2423, Hello friend, It's just incredible that you mention in your post about the AC coming on the scene saying he has a cure for the coronavirus. We just talked about that with mu mom and sister about 30 minutes ago. They just happened to stop by after work, and we were talking. As more and more cases are confirmed - [it's inevitable] just how many and how fast -- I think this will get better before we see a vaccine or it simply runs its course and people recover. But if I'm wrong and the death rate keeps spiking, and it keeps spreading, then the world will be desperate for a cure, and whoever comes up with one - would be seen as a world-hero - Messiah type figure. We are right on the brink of economic meltdown. We just had 4 "first evers" today, in terms of the stock market, and for perspective, for those who may not keep up with it,- there are "breakers" put in place, like a circuit breaker, so that if many appliances are all working that generate, they trip the breaker and the power goes off, rather than starting a fire, and you have to trip the breaker. We have the same in the stock market, and for the first time ever, this happened 4 times today. This is a big deal. To prevent total meltdown, the breakers are hit, and it halts trading. It means for a period of time, no one can buy or sell their shares or stock options. We just say the biggest point drop in one day, ever in history. Friday - the stock market made the largest point gain ever - in history. It soared up at the end of the day, and then today, all those gains were lost. In three weeks time- We have went from a 52 week high, to a 52 week low. There are even stock circuit breakers for after the market is closed, for the upcoming market sessions- Stock futures, and these after hours [futures] breakers were also tripped. On most days, it seems like things can't come into place by the Fall, - Feast of Trumpets 2020, and then with the hysteria of coronavirus, and the economic panic and crash weve seen in the last 2 weeks, it seems like it could happen by Passover. The consensus opinions of end-times teachers and scholars and watchmen is that by middle of April, we will know if we have turned a corner, and if the recorver rate is larger than new cases, or we'll know if this thing turns into something worse, and we'll see the death rate much much higher. boymaker, Mike and i had discussed this exact same thought. I think it was the early 80s that we had a bird flu or some bizarre outbreak and the government created a vaccine and then forced people to get the vaccine. There were scores of documents cases of reactions. I can't remember all the details but i think over 100 died from the vaccine and others left with lifetime side effects. I never get the regular flu shot and I'm not getting this one. There's a growing number of Christians who see a connection between the mark and vaccines, and a growing number of non-religious people who are more libertarian but are stuck of the government intrusion into people's lives. Then add in the number of secular people and Christians who are sure this virus was man-made. I think we would only see this radical extremist measures if the number of deaths gets into the tens of thousands. I think it's still too early to tell one way or the other. I would be 100% convinced that a few people would spread Rumors on social media if it got to that.

boymaker,I am confident that in the end, it will be revealed to us that the internet had a huge role in the end times. The internet, and especially social media, allows people to be themselves and reveal who they truly are on the inside. Lots of people like to claim that anonymity makes people do things that are not what they would normally do, I believe it simply reveals who they truly are. The internet is a social environment with complete lack of discipline. It is the ultimate nursery for growing hate, discord, and division.

Somewhat disagree...Using this means to minister and be ministered to has produced the exact opposite in my life and certainly of others who come here (and likely other sites) too. Many of the fruits of the Spirit have manifest on this social media site  Gal 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

My opinion of using the internet searching for God's truth is nothing but positive. When I first got saved (truly saved) the Spirit led me to gotquestions.org and was huge in helping me finally understand what I had been reading all of my life. The Spirit led me here, and this is still the first place I look at every morning when I get up. (Grace Thru Faith by the late Jack Kelley is a close second) The Spirit has also told me to stay away from certain sites and taught me discernment. However, when it comes to reading the Bible, I still can't see things the way that all of you good people do, so I basically rely on you to do the heavy lifting for me. I was raised Catholic and what I learn nowadays is not what I was led to believe growing up. So I just want to thank you.

I agree that the Internet allows certain behaviors that are not acceptable face to face. It likely spills over into the streets when people are outraged over very little, and mob rules both environments. We have gone backwards in terms of civility. People can also access temptations like they never have before. They get to indulge sin without leaving their homes. Even if it is just conversation, it is still sin. But the Internet has also done amazing things for God's kingdom. I've "met" people who have grown and changed me. I have been able to share Christ. I've been able to serve strangers online. I watch my favorite pastors any time day or night. So it's just an instrument, like a double edged sword. But it surely allowed for the fulfillment of prophecy that the gospel will be preached everywhere. It's in the air. neural, |

I have said, and I stand by my opinion that there is something much deeper than what we see - many things that don't add up, and we have seen in the last 2 months, the radical agenda of microchipping, and ID2020, and global government -Of course temporary, they tell us- in order to get a handle on beating the virus. Then, we have churches closed and people being fined for coming in their cars to parking lots, and this virus came into being, in the same week that the Deal of the Century was made by Kushner and Greenblat to divide God's land.

I'm curious, has anyone else seen this video? And what do you think of Israel and the Church being witnesses? I don't know how that fits with the two witnesses, but I do get how the two silver trumpets(not the shofars being blown on the FoT) being used to sound the alarm or direct the 'camps' movement could be the way the watchmen of today are sounding the alarm to look up and be ready. If this is the case, what would be "the last trumpet"? Could that be that the church warns the world of who the AC is as per 2 Thess. 2:3? Couldn't that happen simultaneously? The church warning goes out and suddenly a lot of would-be believers have to make a choice and a lot of them fall away? Just food for thought.

And when both are blown, all the congregation shall gather themselves to you at the entrance of the tent of meeting. But if they blow only one, then the chiefs, the heads of the tribes of Israel, shall gather themselves to you. When you blow an alarm, the camps that are on the east side shall set out. And when you blow an alarm the second time, the camps that are on the south side shall set out. An alarm is to be blown whenever they are to set out. But when the assembly is to be gathered together, you shall blow a long blast, but you shall not sound an alarm." Num. 10:1-7

I saw the video by Amir, and it's quite good. On the link you sent, - on You-tube, it says Published April 7th, 2020, but this was an excerpt, taken from a longer sermon with the same title, and the original was made in 2015. When Obama was President.
Now, we have the most pro-Israel administration since Israel became a nation in 1948.
Amir connects one of the reasons/ purpose of trumpets in the OT, but he doesn't say that Silver trumpets are used at Feast of Trumpets.
It should be noted that the word in both OT passages [in English translations] that are giving the instructions for Feast of Trumpets, just says 'trumpets', but nothing about silver trumpets and I did a Hebrew word study in the Interlinear, and the same word used in both passages in the original is "Teruah", which literally means shout or blast, and thus the Hebrew name is "Yom Teruah" or Day of Blasting, or "Day of Shouting" .
It's also interesting that shofars are used around the world and the practice of 100 blasts is almost universal. The use of the shofars and very different distinct types of blasts and the long, solid blast "Tekia Gagola" the last trumpet - is documented in the both the Talmud and the Mishnah, the commentaries on the Oral Torah, and one historical document is from early 2nd century, - less than one generation after Revelations was written.
He does explicitly connect the rapture with feast of Trumpets, and Day of Atonement with Second coming, as does Avi Ben Mordecai, and others, but then a few minutes later implies that no one knows when it will be, which is very odd.
It's either random/surprise, or it's on an appointed day, but it can't be both. I know that he teaches Imminent Rapture /any moment, surprise rapture, from other teachings he has done, and a documentary on end times with J D Farag, and Jan Markel, and Jack Hibbs.

I'll tell you something, I have seen a lot of hate on social media, and in the news media, for those who support Trump during this trial. People calling for half the population to contract this virus. People offering to bring it to Trump rallies. It's twisted and evil. Many will be delighted when we go. Absolutely tickled that they don't have to justify abortion one more time. I just posted a story (MOTB) about Bill Gates creating an invisible tattoo to keep records of our vax shots. I bet anything it will be mandatory now that the WuTangFlu has terrified the world. Jesus said the world loves its own. As I see it, the world hates Trump, with a passion. Nothing like I've ever seen in my life time. I don't think even Lincoln received such hatred, but they did kill the man. So if the world hates him, I'll vote for him. |
