Debka is running a series of articles lately suggesting that the threat to Israel imposed by Iran/Hisbollah/(Syria)/Russia?/Hamas? is growing. For example: www.debka.com/ignoring-harsh-condemnation-iran-tightens-military-noose-around-israel/It seems that Iran is gaining ground and a land connection to Israel, opening a corridor for attack. Also, that there were some intentional confrontations like rockets on the Golan and an attempted attack on a recon plane. We might be seeing the beginnings of the next larger Near-East war. Gog and Magog perhaps? |

The only issue is that it is coming from Debka. While debka in a lot of ways gives credible information...they are quick to form opinions that push the idea of escalation in that region. According to them, the psalm 83 or ezekiel 38/39 war has been coming for the last 15 years. I'm not kidding...i used to check them all the time. They did correctly indicate the 2006 flare up, along with many other flare ups. But none of those turned into the kind of war they suggested it would.

I think if hey have, it hasn't been as overt as the 'Palestinian' nonsense that has been going on in the 'west bank' (Jordan) and Gaza (Philistia) for decades. Look at the Biblically historic significance of the 'players' listed in Psa 83. Very interesting to me. Remember the news article about the people of Jordan being 'Canaanites' genetically? My understanding is that Iran is indeed using both Syria and the 'Palestinians' as a catspaw to divert attention from themselves (and because they are geographically closer to Israel). They are using them with the intent of destroying Israel (which has always been the muslim goal, despite what they say). I think Turkey is using Syria as a transportation medium between them and Iran. There's a natural gas pipeline through that area, I think. I think also there has been some effort to put in an oil pipeline. Economically speaking, Turkey wants the benefit of being the western shipping port for middle east oil. Historically, Turkey and Greece have always been the trade route link between the east and west (Asia and Europe). From a prophetic standpoint, Turkey has been the western arm of Assyria for millennia. The AC may be coming from there. Erdogan practices Sufi Islam which says that by emptying onesself, becoming 'nothing', one becomes 'god' (a very interesting topic to investigate, IMHO - since it would lend itself to an intriguing Biblical prophetic irony). IDK if you saw the post I made a couple months ago about how Sufi Islam works, but it practically (again, IMHO) screams p rophetic fulfilment! |

I do remember the article about Canaan/Jordan...Iran makes no bones about the desire to destroy Israel (and the US)...Yes I also saw that article on Sufi but dont remember where you had it. Might be good to link it here so anyone curious can read it

For you , and Natalie , wateredseeds , cwood85 and whatif , MikeTaft , klb , nana , paulwatchmandawson and others who are watching Israel, this is breaking news. Just in - Hot off the press. This guy is amazing - He's a very gifted end-times teacher and has his finger on the pulse of the middle East as he lives in Israel, and he also knows and understands the culture and language.
He also teaches/ believes that the Harpazo event itself, could likely be the trigger event - the catalyst that sets the chain of events in motion, with all the key players aready in place, and things really really heating up. *** This is really exciting - he says that with all the signs, all the events in history, all the prophecies being fulfilled, etc, we have never ever in history, had so many pieces in place for the great War in Ezekiel to take place.
