Hi, yardstick! I just took a look for it on Stellarium, and I found it on 23 September 2017 just above the sun at time mark 10:14:00.

Wow. Welcome to the Forum, Crovonox! What caught my attention about Ross 128 is the "Ross" part. Ross is Hebrew means "head" or "chief." It is also indicative of the early forms of the name for the tribe(s) from which the nation of Russia eventually developed.
This comes to a "head" (ha ha) in the Ezekiel 38-39 Gog passage, where there is an ongoing debate among Hebrew linguists as to whether the word "Ros" in Hebrew means "Chief" as in, "The chief prince of Meshech and Tubal" or "Russia" as in "the prince of Ross, Meshech, and Tubal." I read a lengthy, scholarly, and very convincing treatise in which the author asserted that "Ros" in that passage clearly does mean "Ros, the ancestral tribe of Russia."

There could be something significant related to the Woman being 'clothed with the sun' Is that star near where the woman's head would be? As I pointed out, Ros means "head" in Hebrew, along with several other meanings.

Yes, it is, watchmanjim! I'm attempting to get a screenshot copied into my post. We'll see if I can figure this out...

Here's the screenshot! Ross 128 is the target-looking circle just above the sun. It's hard to see in this mini-view, but if you click on the image, it gives you a bigger view.

I wonder if any any time from now til Sept 23, Ross passes behind the sun; and if an emission then might pass through the sun...

I'll see what I can find out, yardstick! I'm not a super-duper Stellarium wonder, but I'll sure give it a shot!

So, yes, it does appear that Ross passes behind the sun. I checked from today's date forward until the end of October 2017, and I was checking specifically from Jerusalem on the location selection, so I don't know if it occurs maybe at other locations on different dates and times, but I found from the viewpoint of Jerusalem it passes behind the sun on 19 September 2017 and 20 September 2017, just before Rosh Hashanah!
One thing of interest I noted when doing a search for Ross 128 in Stellarium is that the search window finds it as "Ross 128, Skull and Crossbones Nebula." I've never heard of the Skull and Crossbones Nebula before. Any information on it we can find?

Whatif, do you have the 'conception comet' add-on? I discovered something hitting the stop/go while watching the video, but it is very imprecise....
