Where is the great red dragon answered. Be disciplined and watch the whole thing. Dan Matson has promoted this same info. The key is in understanding how the ancients thought and talked about the sun, moon, planets, eclipses, equinoxes and so on. All astronomy comes to us thru Babylon. Jewish astronomy was heavily influenced by Babylon. According to the most prominate scholar on the ancient Jews (Alfred Edershime) they were essentially Babylonian in their astronomy. There were more Jews living in Mesopotamia than in Israel at the time of Christ and in particular at the time of the writing of revelation. They would have easily understood the Babylonian concepts of the great red dragon.

Fascinating study. Worth 2 hours to watch it. You may not agree with the conclusion, but there is a ton of factual information here.

This is the best explanation for the dragon of Rev 12, I have seen until today.
Very enlightening!
Brad did a great job and he is a very gifted teacher.
Do yourself a favor and watch ALL videos from the beginning starting with the first of the series.
Most of the vids are pretty short, around 5 minutes or so.

The first video is an Introduction video: an introduction video to the mystery of The Great Red Dragon and the presenters back round. The sign of the woman and the man-child occurred/started on 9/21/17 and will continue until at least 1/8/18. But what about the Dragon. Over next few weeks I will be posting daily videos with the express purpose of explaining the ancient/astronomy associated with The Great Red Dragon along with the cultural narrative on the Gods of the Middles east. If we understand the language of the ancients, the bible becomes incredibly relevant to our current world body politic and what we see going on in the heavens.

I t would need to be watched a second time, but if you "roll with it" he is demonstrating the key terms in Revelation, the crowns, horns having to do with the phases of the planets and the moon. When the moon is in cresent shape, it is in the horn phase, same with the planets. Also considering where they are above the eliptic..explaining the dragons that in the heavens and where their heads are in relation to their tails. The whole presentation combined explains how rare what happened in September is. Also showing there is yet more to finish by mid January. No date setting here. This has all to do with understanding the astronomical terms we see in Revelation... Brilliant!
adding this: he even at the end points out the "milleniel" period (I infer the reign)astronomically. That right there if you do not believe in God, I do not know what else in modern day times will show you the intricate web woven between the heavens and the Bible.

I think the man did a good job of teaching about elements of the sky. And I learned quite a bit. But I'm not sure what he is trying to explain in the prophetic sense; okay, we get what you say these elements are, now what does it mean?
I guess I'm too thick-headed.

Thanks for taking the time to produce the videos schooldad3 as well as sharing the info with us here. As you state most of us have not taken the time to study this out, especially the way you have. While I am fascinated by this and encouraged in my faith, it is not my calling, but clearly a good piece of yours. Again thank you for contributing to the body.
