In the words of Homer Simpson: "Doh!" We're still here. In another thread, sorrynotsorry asked the question "Is there some point at which you give up?" Nah, because predicting the future is notoriously dicey, even with hints. Watching the signs of the times and trying to fit the pieces is a big, fun, puzzle. Plus Jesus told us to keep watch. He got irritated at those who blew off the prophecies being fulfilled right in front of their noses. Either we'll be raptured during our lifetime, which would be an amazing part of history to experience the end-of-regulation-play clock, or we'll die, in which case we get a "go directly to the resurrection" card. (yes, life is a mash-up of football and Monopoly) In the meantime we keep watching but also live our best lives on earth. As an aside, it concerns me that some people may have unhappy lives and long for the rapture as an escape. That's a different problem. If a person wanted to engage in a purely intellectual excercise without guessing at the future, they could start by reviewing the history of past prophecies that have been fulfilled by the first coming of Messiah and other characters in both new and old testament times. Quickly the brain will explode from the number of "coincidences" so put down plastic first. Keep watchin!

We should never give up! Great thoughts space thinker! We did in fact see a sign fulfilled and we have seen many of the things Jesus spoke of occurr between 8/21 And 9/23. I do not believe this was nothing, but obviously we were wrong to so firmly place the rapture on these days.
I know many of us are feeling disappointed, but we are forgetting what Christ also told us, that we begin to see these things begin fulfilled to look up, because our redemption is drawing close! Brothers and sisters, do not forget whom it is within we place out faith. He is faithful and true! Let us look up, it won't be long.

I posted my response on another thread. I do not think that we should get discouraged because revelation 12 Verse 1 was fulfilled. That is awesome ! I believe that there are a couple of gaps of time between the verses 2-5. We all need to be patient and simply wait on the Lord. There are other gaps between verses in scripture. Look at Daniels 70 weeks for example.

It's still to early to give up. 8/21/2017, 9/23/2017 were signs. Wait for an event and then evaluate.
Watch as you are commanded to.
