Hey brothers and sisters,
Forgive me for my absence. I'm trying to keep track of everything and am fellowshipping with other ministry leaders during this very exciting time.
My first thought is that we need to trust the LORD no matter what happens. He's in control and we can't possibly put Him in a box. But we can trust what He says and HE IS COMING SOON! Don't be discouraged and don't give up. We know how the signs have converged. There is just too much going on to ignore. If not this weekend then SOON!!!!
We are commanded to be WATCHFUL and HOPEFUL always, which is an art form that most Christians these days seem to have forgotten. As dates come and go, there are always those who jump on at the last minute and then when things don't turn out as expected, they jump off and go back to life... MAY IT NEVER BE. The LORD is coming! Just think of all the good fruit that has formed in your life from watching for Jesus with hope and expectancy. It's worth it. Just think how much more active you've been in praying, preaching, sharing the Gospel, and living a holy life in accordance with God's Word. Keep going!
Now here's my thoughts right now on the Revelation 12 Sign and FOT:
1. I dug deep yesterday and read through a lot of research that caused me to finally get rid of the concealed moon theory, which is used by modern Judaism to start months when the moon is completely dark. I simply can't reconcile the Hillel calendar with the Bible or ancient Jewish tradition. The months start at the first sighting of the new moon! A lot of the debate centers around Psalm 81, but in short, most Bible commentaries seem to agree that the word "keseh" in Psalm 81:3 means "full moon" and not "concealed moon". Here are some articles:

2. Tishrei 1 in Israel ended about 5 hours ago, so Karaite and Messianic Jews are celebrating Tishrei 2. Now you might think then there's no hope left for FOT, but here's the thing: Diaspora Jews often celebrate their holidays based on local time, thus a lot of the world is still in Tishrei 1 and thus the Feast of Trumpets. We like to base our timing on Jerusalem, but at the end of the day, that is purely a tradition of man - there's nothing in the Bible about that (that I'm aware of). Given that the rapture will primarily affect Gentiles and occurs before God returns His focus to Israel, and given that God is never early, but never late, and wants everyone to board the ark, it is entirely in the realm of possibility that the trumpet might not sound until the very last moments of Tishrei 1 in the uttermost parts of the earth. That would be UTC -12, which would be approximately 1:00 - 2:00 AM Central Time tonight (early morning of 9/23).
Furthermore, the end of Tishrei 2 in Israel is when the Revelation 12 Sign nears its fullest and most perfect extent. That will be tomorrow around 10:00 - 11:00 AM Central Time. I will keep an extra-vigilant watch until then.
Now again, we can't put God in a box. This is His show and our job is to trust patiently. He hasn't given us these signs for nothing and there are many and they're only growing and converging even more.
I'll be honest that I have doubts, but God is a God of the last minute and 4th and long. What I've actually become more confident about is that the Revelation 12 Sign is the real deal - we might just have to reconsider timing a bit if we're still here on Sunday.
There's also a lot of talk growing about 9/30-10/1 (Atonement). IF a Jubilee year is about to begin (and that's a big IF) then a trumpet will be blown next weekend to signal that. That doesn't change the timing of the FOT, but it does change the timing of the agricultural/civil New Year (see Lev. 25 and Ez. 40).
Keep praying and looking up. Maranatha!
