It would be interesting if it is today. Everyone is scoffing us for watching for signs. The Rev 12 sign hasn't even happened yet. It would definitely throw a loop at people (who haven't been following) who figured nothing was going to happen or that it had to happen on the 23rd or late or much, much, later..
My musings:
-There is a lot of reference to 9/23. If we are all vacated on the 22nd, it would make sense that they are looking forward to 9/23 because that would be when the NWO would take power.
-Is the Rev12 sign for the believers or for the Jews? If it is for the Jews as they would be the ones to see it half of it in the morning and half in the evening. If it is for the Jews, being seen in two parts could symbolize that Jesus came for his believers and will return later for them.
I am not too sure if I make much sense today. God blessed me with a bad cold today so I am home sick, spending the day with my Husband. Our kids will be home after school on the bus today, as it is one of there few activity free days.

It's logical to me to believe Jesus will fulfill the Feast of Trumpets and the rapture is at the Last Trump. Is it this year? I don't know, I sure hope so, but I don't know. It sure seems like a likely time! It makes sense also that it would occur during the actual celebrations of the Jews so that they don't miss it and are provoked to jealosy. The moon was definitely sighted, so now through sunset tomorrow in Israel is the real Feast of Trumpets. Last Trump at sunset tomorrow?? We wait with bated breath but our hopes will NOT be dashed if it doesn't happen. |

I ❤ my family. I think you make a good deal of sense. I'm hoping it will be today, maybe in the second or third watch (Lk 12:38). But I too have been thinking the sign has a dual purpose, we have been given God's word and wisdom to see it in advance as believers, but I also believe it is a sign very for much for Israel to make them jealous, and they may see a connection to Joseph's dream in Gen 37:9-11. I think the only area in which we differ would be a new order or government taking over on 9/23. I think there will be great catastrophe, and it would present an excellent opportunity for a sneak attack by Gog and his allies. They are already on Israel's doorstep. |

I can't remember now where I was reading about it, but, even though they discount it, they have read it and know it, especially the prophecy parts. (One thing I look forward to.... Total memory recall! I can never remember where I read or heard something!) |

Like Stormyknight said, I am sure their rabbis are aware, but also, there are now sites like these and discussions like these for them to see after we have left. We also know God has hardened their heart partially. After the church is removed and his focus returns to Israel, I am sure their hearts will soften and they will begin very quickly to understand who Messiah was. |
