Anyone familiar with or read the David Lowe book of the same title? One of the most fascinating of rapture studies I've ever seen...probably the single most fascinating- I could not put it down. www.earthquakeresurrection.com/#ersynopsis

I've read it, Tom, and think it has a lot of merit. Some of the things that always bugged me about the traditional interpretation of the 70th week make a lot more sense with his interpretation. In particular, how everyone always interprets the 5th seal as Tribulation saints who were martyred - and yet that was before the Trumpets and Bowl judgments. Plus, the first 4 seals always seemed to me to be the birth signs that Jesus talked about and have been ongoing for a long time. When I read this book, it all just came together for me.
I always wondered how the people left behind could possibly not know what had happened when they realize how many people are missing, and who those people are. But if it happens during the great earthquake of the 6th seal, then it makes sense that they wouldn't know. We would just be among the many missing and presumed dead.

An interesting hypothesis.

tom67x I have read the book recently, along with his other book on the subject, "Then His Voice Shook the Earth". Both good reads. About 11 years ago I came across the site called "Red Moon Rising" by Peter Goodgame, Lowe credits him with introducing him to this subject. He also influenced my own thinking as well and I have a thread here on the subject if you care to take a look. unsealed.boards.net/thread/133/revised-view-pretrib-rapture
