When I first entered this forum I was attacked for mentioning Miriam Mother Of God incarnate (Mary). I was told I was going to hell, I am a serpent entered into the Garden. For the mere mention of her name. I thought, is this the fire of the Holy Spirit. As ,that is what one in the forum called watcherguys attacks. I was told I am Catholic. I have been through all the denominations. From the Orthodox, Coptic, English born and American born, Judaism and researched even the Catholic Church. And I have come to understand truth is truth regardless of denomination. I consider the first ripple of the first conception of Christianity. It began with the Word, the Ancient of all ancients. The Word ,was the beginning of all we know of God. And the Word became flesh and how blessed we are to have such a grace given to us. It is not sinful to remember what God has done for us through choosing Mary. And her yes is beautiful, because it comes with great sorrow. She was not sheltered ,for a sword pierced her heart. The sign isn't just the sign of Virgo, that is just a constellation. It represents the Birth of a nation, the Virgin Birth Most importantly because His birth is Salvation for the world. And God is pointing us to that, because it is so disrespected, Thirdly it is the representation of the Bride Church. We must first be redeemed so, the Virgin birth is what we all must go through, the house of Israel in particular, The remnant of Jacob, and we who are grafted are going through a spiritual overhaul. and news flash when we as saints go to heaven our work on earth is not finished. The saints pray for us and settle disputes as to the 24 elders and Mary was placed higher than the angels and prays for us too. That is what all us saints do for each other. Gary needed prayers not to long ago. The body of Christ is at work until the new heavens and the new earth are in order. The first church began with them and they will remain an intricate part of the body of Christ. And still participate in their God Given Role in Salvation. The twelve stars are multifaceted they represent the twelve elders of the old covenant and the twelve apostles. The clothing with the sun on the Virgin Mary not Virgo Mary represents the teachings of the new covenant. The moon represents the old. The moon of it's self has not light of it's own without Christ. The apostles teachings shine light on the old. For the sun has light of it's own. Speaking to the power given the apostles, and the symbolism the heavenly bodies metaphorically represent. When all our work in the Lord is through The saints of God will rest eternally. Thus, is why when the new heavens and new earth are, all that which is laborious will be no more. The sun , moon and stars will be no more. Only the light of the Presents of God Omnipotent will be. So know, the holy ones of God the twenty four elders and yes Mary and the angel are praying for us. We pray for one another. The the whole Gospel is beautiful. No one dies in Christ, spiritually speaking. The dragon has been ever present and has even obscured this truth. He has entered into every denomination, the simple fact that there are multiple denominations shows we are not of one mind. To mention Mary and the apostles is our inherited faith, like speaking of Moses, Abraham, Jacob, Issac. All our holy brothers and sisters Rachael, Sara, Ruth, Elijah Enoch. So, my finding's are in this forum, more than anything else, Is that your Hate for the Catholic Church and HOW IT DEPICTS Mary, will cause you to attempt to cut her off from the body of Christ. And denounce anyone who see's the wisdom in all of our relations and experiences with God including hers as important. You Deal only with the word. News flash we are the words of God. The heavens and earth shall pass away BUT MY WORDS SHALL ALWAYS REMAIN! If you speak HIS word, you are His word. As My Father, sends me, I send you, they who receive you receive Me who sends you. I'll speak a poem to you. Mankind is like Mathematics, some are positives, others are negatives, some are givers, others takers. some are multiplications, others dividers. The takers are like subtraction, never adding always taking away, never helping anyone to grow. But the positives, the additions know that all subtraction eventually ends up at zero! The subtractions defeat their own purpose, eliminating themselves! The additions preserve themselves by never subtracting, but always adding to others, enhancing themselves. Always multiplying the number of the faithful, Never divided in their faith in Christ. Thus they become greater than when they started out, always forming unions with God who is greater than self. They are additions unto God, Multiplications of His Truth. For through Jesus Christ their gifts are endless for His equations are as infinite as Himself! Mary can't forgive our sins, and without going to Jesus... we have nothing... We just do not see anywhere in the bible where Mary is more human than you or I.... Love ya !

And denounce anyone who see's the wisdom in all of our relations and experiences with God including hers as important. I am Christian and I Love all of the Body of Christ! Danielle, did that incident happen in the Shoutbox? It is difficult sometimes to keep track of what is being said there, as there are only a certain number of posts that can be read at once. I apologize to you personally for any hurt that was caused to you, including from myself if without fully understanding what was happening there I spoke in error. Please forgive those who have offended you. Sometimes the best thing one can do when attacked is to not "feed the bears," so to speak.
As Gary said in the Shoutbox, Catholics are more than welcome here at the forum. Personally, I have Catholic friends who are true believers in Jesus, so I understand how hurtful it is when believers of other denominations--of any denominations--fuss and fume at each other and explode into bitterness over not seeing eye to eye on a number of things that are not truly issues of salvation. Our forum does have a doctrinal statement in our rules, and those doctrines covered in the rules are those we won't allow for debate. Questions are welcome for discussing, though.
I am so glad you are a Christian! We might not see eye to eye on everything, but you are welcome here in this place where we can learn together about Jesus.

I think it's pretty safe to say that all of us who are regular members (I think I speak for everybody) believe that Mary is in Heaven with God right now, and is one of the heroes of the Bible, and one of our fellow-saints, one who found great favor with God and was honored to be the recipient of the virgin birth and thereby the mother of our Lord Jesus.
We do not hate Catholics, I know I certainly don't. I am not a Catholic and I disagree with some Catholic doctrine and practices, but by no means do I hate Catholics. I have a number of friends who are Catholics. It is not the denomination you are part of (if any) that determines whether you are saved from your sins. It is your faith and trust in the finished work of Jesus Christ in His death on the cross for you, that saves you from your sins.
If you know who it was who said these things to you, don't hesitate to tell us, even by private message to one or all of the moderators. We certainly don't want anyone to say anything hateful or combative on here.

I would echo what the mods have indicated, but persecution, you have 5 posts in the forum including the above (and 2-3 in the 2 witnesses thread where you claim John was Elijah reincarnated) and your joined date was August 11, how could this have happened to you so quickly with so many regulars here that do not display any animosity towards any denomination?

Even though I gave my heart to Jesus in 2010 (many times before also, but not genuinely, not with my entire heart and as it says in God's Word: "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" Jeremiah 17:9). And so it was in 2010 I genuinely gave my heart to Him, began to seek Him in all things. Even so, I was NOT living in His Will. I'd venture to say that I am still not, not completely; nor is anyone else living in complete totality (as WatchmanJim put it in a post here I read somewhere). It's impossible, because of who we are, fallen. We sin every day without even knowing it. And this is why people who believe in works, this is why the Lord will say to those, "Depart from me. I never knew you."
"But Lord, I built shelter for the poor, I fed the hungry, I told them about Jesus, Lord and they gave their hearts to Jesus because of me, I gave my every last dime to those who needed it."
And He will say something similar to... But what of your relationship with Bob, and how you had animosity in your heart towards Bob, thought bad thoughts about him, wished he would get what is coming to him because of all Bob did to you? Sure, Bob did wrong you. But what did I say about that in My Word? For another He might say... What about that time you wished your sibling dead? For another He might say... "What about that time you thought lustfully about your neighbor? For another... What about that time you swore? For another... What about that time you stored up food, water, and clothing because you were worried you wouldn't have anything to eat or to drink in case of an emergency? Didn't I tell you in My Word not to do that, and that if I care for the sparrow, if I care for the lily, how much more will I care for you? Or... What about that time you were driving and had great anger towards that person who cut you off and almost caused you to crash? Or... What about that time you told your employer you had worked 40 hours, when in truth you had only worked 39.5 and so you figured no big deal... it is close enough to 40, so I will report I worked 40 hours. What about that?
If one wants to live by works, they have to keep God's Law. Every jot and tittle. Or else they will be condemned to separation from God for eternity. Or, instead of choosing oneself, one can choose Jesus and be seen as perfect. It is each and every person's choice. Think about all the arguments that come about in life, even on this forum, and what happened in the shout box which I've never posted in, but I read it when I'm here. Didn't see all that happened but saw enough to know that wrong on all sides of it was done. (Not to bash this place as I LOVE it here, am so happy to have found a place where there is such freedom to share with other members of Christ's Body thoughts and opinions, and where denomination does not matter... what matters is the heart of a person.)
We ALL our guilty of this, of thinking that we are right, our way the right way, our thoughts the right thoughts. It's how all the denominations out there came in to existence. When one believes like that... for example... that ALL people who identify as Catholic have it wrong and are going to Hell... just that it hurts so much ourselves, Christ's Own Body. Because we know doctrine, in this example, of the Catholic Church. We know that doctrine is wrong and goes against the basic message of Salvation which in short is... choosing Jesus. Not the prophets. Not the disciples. Not Mary. ONLY JESUS.
The thing we don't know, is a person's heart. We KNOW the heart is wicked and nothing else. Every single heart, including ours. But that is all we know. And so go about... share Him. Share His Word. Have discussion about God, about His Son, about all the incredible things happening all around us right now. Because it is amazing!
But leave the judging of the heart to God. It's not our job. And in a way, actually, I think it is... relying upon ourselves and what we know; instead of relying upon Jesus and what He Knows, what He did for us on the Cross. And relying upon ourselves = relying upon works, what we do, what we think. It's not about that.
It's about God, not us. It's SO HARD to do and I do it also. I am guilty of thinking my view is the only right view. So many things, even today, and right now, I am guilty of.
Why argue when we know we are all wrong?
We plant seeds; but The Holy Spirit does all the work, all the growing of the seed. So many misunderstandings wouldn't happen if we all just trusted The Holy Spirit to do His Job.
I'm not trying to correct anyone, or to take any side. Those are just my thoughts on it. I'm sorry to Danielle, to Antony, and to all involved in what I saw in the shout box conversation. I did see it when Danielle was either called or compared to a serpent in the Garden of Eden. Just... that is so hurtful, and not how we should be with our brothers and sisters in Christ, and for that matter is not how we should be with complete unbelievers, is not going to win anyone to Christ (even if one believes sincerely in their heart that Danielle is a serpent because if that is what one thinks... just... be kind and pray for her).
The truth of the matter is that I am a serpent in the garden. Danielle is. The person who called her that is. Everyone reading this is. We all are. It's why we got kicked out from the Garden way back when. It's why Jesus came, to redeem us back unto God so that someday we will be worthy to live in the Garden again. Think upon how ironic it all is; telling a person to not trust in works, do not trust in Mary, but upon Christ Only, and then turning right around and trusting in ourselves... that we know the heart of the person we are speaking to. We know nothing. It's Him who does. He Knows each and every one of our hearts. Trust upon that and that He will care for each and every one of His Children, as He says in His Word. And He will convict them and intercede for them through The Holy Spirit and will guide them, correct them, and grow them as Christians in that way instead of thinking it is for us to do. For us, to plant the seed, to warn, to blow the trumpet, but it ends there. We do that, our job is done.
I believe we truly don't have time for this kind of nonsense. He is coming SO SOON!
