Hmmm...2 in less than 24 hours. Last earthquakes I found in Israel were 3 years ago. Again, says "Dead Sea Region", but the coordinates put it smack in the middle of the Sea of Galilee. Seems that Jesus' old stomping grounds are being shaken! What I just found was 4 earthquakes in 2016, 3 in 2017, and 12 in 2018, starting in April of this year. I put Israel in as the search, and Dead Sea region is what came up. There were previous years info but I didn't look at it. I used the same website as Fitz posted above. I didn't put any dates in the filter, just the region.

Nevermind. I found it. www.emsc-csem.org/Earthquake/?filter=yes It's obvious that USGS and EMSC doesn't report ALL earthquakes as I see 6 listed just for today, all at roughly the same coordinates. Baffling to me how they decide which ones to report and which to bury. None the 6 from today are insignificant. Perhaps it's based on reports from locals? |
