2023 Trumpets: The Moon & Mars
On Saturday, September 16, 2023 after 11 PM IDT in Jerusalem, there is a conjunction of the Moon and Mars. Even better, there is an occultation when the Moon eclipses Mars from Alaska to the Bermuda. Mars disappears behind the Moon for less than an hour. Since the Moon is at the crescent new moon, it is difficult to see an orange planet near the sunrise in Western Alaska, sunset in the Bahamas or the Moon so close to the brightness of the sun. 2023 Occultation Paths: Moon and Mars

at 2:27 is where you here the long blast of the shofar,... Numbers 10:8 - long blasts are used to gather the people together... (Berean Study Bible) (Douay-Rheims Bible) Interesting that in the Numbers passage it is explicit that the "horns" used are made of silver (v2). Also interesting is that there are TWO trumpets sounded simultaneously (v3) with those long blasts. In the Orthodox Jewish Bible in 1 Cor 15:52, the word "shofar" is used (implying natural material - the rams horn). All other translations seem to use the word "trumpet"... OJB link
but in all cases, the implication the trumpet type seems to be that it is God's trumpet sounding: Strong's Greek
1. note the concordance entries on the right in the link. Included is the 1 Cor 15:52 passage. Mat 24:31 also! 2. the quoted description given above fails to clarify that it is SHORT blasts (per Numbers 10:9) that are war related. The Numbers 10:7 passage does not say for what purpose the people are gathered by the long blasts.So I am thinking the Strong's Greek above might be off a little in its explanation. |

I'm paranoid we're right in a spot where anything can happen anytime.
I was also looking at that Nishimura Feast of Trumpets Comet on the weekend. I don't think Nishimura knows we call it that, and I noticed school dad had a video on it too.
But the video I looked at was secular and said the comet would reach perihelion, or the closest point to the sun, right on the "last day" of Trumpets, Sunday September 17. And then swing out into space and never be seen again.
I will raise him up at the last day?
See how we can read anything into this stuff?
I like Hideo Nishimura. He's an amateur astronomer. The comet has a strange orbit from the south and snuck past all the automated survey facilities that continuously search the skies for trouble.
Hidden from the wise and learned?,
And revealed to an amateur astronomer.
I wan to be an armature astronomer when I lose a few more neurotransmitters. Lol.

Someone started a thread on another forum about these FofT celestial signs. Then the Preterists came and shot him down. I think they were more worried about it more than anything.
Or some people are sore from false alarms and misunderstandings.

I told the Preterists It might be showing something. Because I think, for other reasons, that we're close to something big happening, I wouldn't be too quick to dismiss it all. If it is signalling something big, and with it being so close, it might be better just to be quiet about it and let it unfold.

I don't really know if what they're saying is going to happen is true, if these signs are a continuation of the Revelation 12 sign.
Right now I don't really think so.
I don't think we're at the start of a 7 year tribulation.
And it doesn't really sound like the great red Dragon deal.
But it might be something to keep an eye on.
In my view the Prophecy of Revelation 12 is the biggest, most important, prophecy in Revelation. It spans 3 chapters and contains 3 prophetic time periods. It starts with Jesus, and finishes with Jesus, with us standing around Jesus on Mt Zion. Until chronological order is broken in verse 14:6 then a new prophecy begins.
I think the first 6 verses of Revelation 12 are it's own separate Prophecy. I think of it like a poetic prophecy prologue, a separate introductory section. Yes the first 6 verses are of events that already have taken place, but the real subject of the prophecy itself is about a "great sign" that appears "in heaven", a display seen in the sky.
Then in verse 7; "Now war arose in heaven", chronological order is then broken, the subject matter changes, and a new Prophecy begins.

Found a page where the Planet Mars is suggested to be "a great red dragon".
In 2007, NASA captured an image of a landscape feature on Mars that resembles a huge “dragon” .
THE RED DRAGON
In Revelation 12, as the “child” is being born, a “red dragon,” representing Satan, is standing in front of the woman:
“The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born” (v. 4).
With the red-dragon component of the Revelation 12 Sign in view, it is interesting to note the following about the “Red Planet,” Mars:
During this year’s Revelation 12 alignment, the Red Planet, Mars, will be near Virgo’s belly as the asteroid Child is being born.
Moreover, 2023 is the only year this occurs in the 15-year span
I like what the author of the post writes at the end of his post:

davewatchman , Interesting about Mars.... But what about Saturn? During the Sign of 9/23/17 of the 5 visible planets, Saturn was not part of Rev 12:1. Mars was included in the completion of the Crown of "12 stars" At about 3 pm that day of the Sign...recall the entire sign was hidden by the Sun...one needed stelarium to "see it," Saturn rose above the horizon and was at the feet of Ophiochus, in the tailing dust(Milky Way) of the Serpent Wrestler. To me this was the "another sign" the Sign of Rev 12:3. And possibly identifying the "red dragon" marker... keep an eye on Saturn's path too.. From 9/23 onward I kept an eye on Saturn. It takes the longest to circumnavigate the Heavens, and had a rare conjunction with Jupiter...very rare... as our country went into an historical mess, and the world began her quest to destroy man with an injectable bioweapon. While Mars is referred to as the War star, Saturn, from what I came across in research was depicted as a "mockery" of Christ. I cant recall where I found that info. But what I recall of the historical descriptions and names for Saturn, it fit more to the spirit of Antichrist than Mars. This moon Mars conjunction is interesting to say the least. in fact, I think the Great Sign Rev 12:1, and the another sign Rev 12:3 might suggest if we look in hindsight the past 6 years, we MAY see what the Heavens were declaring. We can speculate what things mean in the future, but it would be fascinating to watch where Jupiter went and where Saturn is (in its long journey) and compare to what we have seen the past 6 years. Its not so much as to the conjunctions themselves, but perhaps to the location of where they occur, namely which Mazzaroth they are in. Jupiter/Saturn were at Capricorn Dec 21, 2020. I found that very significant. I know this. We will experience the 2nd Eclipse across the States in half a year. It making an X over "Little Egypt".. About 4 months after that we have Mars Conjunction with Jupiter on August 14, 2024. Mars and Jupiter conjoin every few years. It is not rare. In August 2024 it will happen in Pisces. Pisces represents the Church. The King at War with the Church??? OR will the Church be in a "war"? Will those birth pangs be regular and frequent? Afterall, it will be 50 days before Feast of Trumpets in 2024. Oh how great the Heavens are. What does it all mean???

And I do believe you want to go Home.
They way you say it sounds serious, short and to the point.
But not everyone does, want the end to be here, want to go Home.
My brother has kids, new property, new house, new cars, new kitchen and bath. He won't speak to me. He knows all I'll say is the end is coming soon.
And now at a time when people on the secular news forums are asking about certain events, and asking are we in the Biblical end times? News reporters are using the terms like "Biblical" and "Apocalyptic" when describing floods, and hurricanes and wildfires. And blaming it all on global warming. Lol.
I'm leaning towards the sooner, rather than the later. I think January 2026 is a hard stop in time that we can't go past. It's just the latest date to count the heptads, if the sabils of Old Jerusalem could be considered as a decree to restore and to rebuild.
I would bet January 2025 is more like it for the end of the last heptad. The historicity of the events we are calculating from are unimpeachable. Those events in time can trump the various doctrinal stories we've always been taught. Most people are still waiting to see a specific thing from the Late Great Planet Book.
Between 2024, and 2025, or maybe starting anytime now. I'd rather be too early to the party than too late. I doubt we'll have much longer to wait. I don't really want to see anything bad happen. I'm not trying to rush the end times. But I would be looking forward to seeing Jesus. And for Him to begin that process of righting all the wrongs in this current defiled age, and in the ages past.

It sounds like you didn't take the injectable bioweapon.
I didn't either. And my work began arbitrarily deducting 200 bucks off my weekly paycheck. They said it was because not all the customers would let me into their businesses without vaccination.
My union contested it. I received back pay.
Its also not so much as to the conjunctions themselves, but perhaps to the time we're in now that they are occurring.
This is what I'm saying to the Amilllenialists on another forum when they say we've always had conjunctions, eclipses and alignments in the heavens. These things have always been occurring, even before we've had instruments to measure them.
But I'm only concerned about the time we're in right now.
Because there's other reasons I think that the Appointed Time is here.

The Seven Salems of the Great 2017 Eclipse - Coincidence?
Can anyone look at this and say that the track of this eclipse hitting seven "Salems" is random chance?
It's an impossibility.
Just this morning I tried to do a search for who was inspired to name these places. My search was inconclusive. Some of the Salems are so small, population 99, they seem to exist only for this eclipse. That is their only purpose.
