I'm bringing this discussion from Message In The Heavens in the Signs in The Heavens thread. board.unsealed.org/thread/2746/message-heavens?page=1&scrollTo=41227Interested what everyone's thoughts are. I'm sure everyone has a story about the strange weather and seasons over the last few years or even decade. From Message In The Heavens - I've thought for more than a few years that the seasons seem to be shifting. Does it possibly have to do with the shifting of the north pole? The pole has been shifting slowly to us, but historically very fast. My question to everyone is does that affect the Jewish festivals? If so, does that affect the coming of the Lord? Is that why we will not know the day or hour of the coming of the Lord? Matthew 24:42 Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming. Is God shifting the seasons not only so the world cannot do counts regarding the seasons/festivals, but also so satan himself cannot figure it? God is in control.

Right, so how does that affect Jewish Holidays? Many that are affected by the season. Sun, moon, and harvest. I've thought that we seem to be a month off. Maybe some of you are younger, but December now feels like November, January like December, February like January, etc., etc. The Earthly cycles seem to be off. I'm not talking about a day here or a few days there. I mean a whole shift of about a month or more. Many events that are happening that haven't in a hundred years or more. Again, God is in control, and if he is changing the seasons, what are the implications? If you are trying to time Jesus return by Jewish Holidays, can you realistically now?

Jewish Holidays are based on the lunar cycle, and I'm pretty sure any Jew living in the southern hemisphere where the harvest is 6 months removed from ours still practices based on the established holidays.
