I think we might be on to something here…! need some historical help though…
I’ve been working on the idea that our solar system is a complex clock that is perfectly timed. The hunch is that the dragon might be viewable over time instead of all at once because that is what Revelation 17 is describing: Revelation 17:9 “Here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits. 10 There are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come.
Using the start date from what we have been calling a near alignment on 8/4/3914 BC (stellarium time), I’m finding a bunch of interwoven patterns… If you look in stellarium on this day, you will find everything looking almost like the September 27 sign… Uranus is also present in the mix near virgo’s head… As well as the Asteroid vesta… (more on vesta later). My hunch is that Uranus is a time marker of sorts… Every 588 years, Uranus and Vesta line right back up at the head of Virgo… Interestingly, this will happen 10 times from the start date until 1966… the Year before Israel regained the temple mount… The Years these 10 alignments happen on is pretty incredible, but I have a few missing pieces and different Historical timelines show different years for events… Here are the alignment years: 3914BC (stellarium time) 3326BC 2738 BC 2150 BC 1562 BC Joseph born 974BC End of King David’s Reign , Solomon assumes kingship 386 BC Persian Spartan war ends 202AD 790AD Ecumenical council at Nicea ends the controversy over the use of icons in worship. 1378AD Return of Papacy to Rome 1966 AD 260 days before the 6 day war These dates ring any bells? Got a hunch we just might find the Dragon!

Intriguing, brad! Yes, the historical timeline is tricky to deal with, but I'm game to dig into a little history!

Interesting find. 3914 BC was of course shortly after the next closest Rev 12 alignment.
I wouldn't personally place the flood in 2150 BC though. Most chronologies place it anywhere from 2400 to 2300 BC. 2150 BC might be the Tower of Babel, though.

Yes, hard to find chronologies that agree! any suggestion for a more accurate timeline of history?

A long time ago, I started to create a timeline based on a 6000-year timespan to see if, as I speculated, history from the Bible and up to modern times could fit in that space of years. I was amazed at what I found. I also added in Jubilee and Sabbath Years, historical and astronomical events. I certainly can't claim that this timeline is perfect in any way, so I offer it in hopes of discussion and improving upon it and to possibly get some new clue trails to follow up on.
Some things I should note because looking at the timeline is a little daunting:
1. Over time, I've added comments that show up as little red points in the cells. Some of these comments were speculations and may or may not be accurate.
2. When I first created the timeline, the year AD 17 seemed to be an interesting point where all the cycles ended together at a jubilee. I had speculated that perhaps this was the date of Jesus' crucifixion, so you will see some comments in the span around that date that speculate on this. I don't know what to think of that. It was speculation only, and I suspect it has something to do with an interesting jubilee phenomenon I discovered.
3. I based the timeline on the Hebrew calendar Tishrei 1 start date, so the beginning of each year is counted on that date.
Here's the Excel file in case anyone would like to see it:

Another area we might look for the Dragon could be Close Alignments of all 5 Visible with the naked eye Planets.
Whatif commented wondering “ when if ever do all the planets line up” I found a great article about this…: web.archive.org/web/20051214013307/http://www.sunspot.noao.edu/PR/alignment.htmlThe research was conducted looking from during the period 4713 BC - AD 3501. The dates of the top 30 close alignments are documented in the article. Close alignment 9/17/1186 AD Upon reviewing each one of them in stellarium, Again … we find something Interesting. Here is a quick look as to where each near alignment will occur. Number of times occurring in a Constellation Virgo 7 times Libra/Scorpio 1 time Base of Ophiuchus 2 times Sagittarius 3 times Capricorn 1 time Aquarius/Capricorn 3 times Pisces/Aquarius 2 times Horns of Taurus 2 times Gemini 2 times Cancer/Gemini 2 times Cancer 1 time Leo 3 times Vesta present in an alignment 7 times Here we go with the number 7 again! The alignments occur in Virgo an an abnormally high rate 7 times!
For any sky watchers out there, here’s a spreadsheet on all the alignments with notes. 5 Visable planets close alignment.xlsx (11.69 KB)

Hey Brad! I've had a little feeling that you might have been missing something ... comets! See if you can plug them into Stellarium; I have a hunch that they might be important.

Comets are definitely important. I find it amazing how we, the Christian disciples, are having to take such a high-paced crash-course in astronomy theory to work out the Word of God! It is great, but a little embarrassing to me, as a servant of the Lord, that we did not study and know these things all along. Another thought is that the 5 visible planets visibly lining up is a different thing from all the planets being in a straight line radial to the sun. That would be impossible to see all at once-- we would only be able to visibly see Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn lining up as Merc and Venus would be immediately between us and the sun. I wonder if and how often that often happens, and also whether the invisible planets are ever included in that lineup too.

Excellent spreadsheet, brad! I was unable to access the page for the article about the alignments, but will try again later. Sometimes webpages are being updated, so I'll check again.
