From the article,
To recapitulate, Stalin’s team of scientists and engineers found that oil is not a ‘fossil fuel’ but is a natural product of planet earth – the high-temperature, high-pressure continuous reaction between calcium carbonate and iron oxide – two of the most abundant compounds making up the earth’s crust. This continuous reaction occurs at a depth of approximately 100 km at a pressure of approximately 50,000 atmospheres (5 GPa) and a temperature of approximately 1500°C, and will continue more or less until the ‘death’ of planet earth in millions of years’ time. The high pressure, as well as centrifugal acceleration from the earth’s rotation, causes oil to continuously seep up along fissures in the earth’s crust into subterranean caverns, which we call oil fields. Oil is still being produced in great abundance, and is a sustainable resource – by the same definition that makes geothermal energy a sustainable resource. All we have to do is develop better geotechnical science to predict where it is and learn how to drill down deep enough to get to it. So far, the Russians have drilled to more than 13 km and found oil. In contrast, the deepest any Western oil company has drilled is around 4.5 km.

Haven't read the rest of it yet, but knowing that God created the earth, He would also create the resources we would discover (and their source). I find the part you posted interesting to think about.

Didnt open without me subscribing brother. FWIW - I have been watching/listening to "Is Genesis History" and they review FACTS with paleontologists, geologists, etc. When I think about the flood I think the earth was covered in water - OK...Listening to these 20-30 minute episodes has completely opened my eyes to what likely happened during the flood and this verse takes on a whole new meaning for me Gen 6:17 (LSV) And I, behold, I am bringing in the flood of waters on the earth, to destroy from under the heavens all flesh in which [is] a living spirit; all that [is] in the earth expires. 2Pet 3:5 for this they willingly conceal, that the heavens existed long ago, and the earth having been established by the word of God out of water and through water, 6 through which the world then, having been flooded by water, was destroyed; DESTROYED! - God didnt just destroy all men, animals, birds (many sea creatures but not all) - He destroyed the whole earth and "remade it" (through its natural processes) but the whole planet was wrecked in catastrophism! Simply Amazing
This one is good
This one too

tennessean, I was able to read it. Glad they didn't go with a T-rex. I think when I was small the explanation was that fossil fuels came from dinosaurs when they died out, however that was that it happened - mass extinction event (usually an asteroid) or global flood. But they all died about the same time and became oil. Thinking on it as an adult, it doesn't seem quite right. mike, I will have to look up those videos. I've been looking for something new to watch and/or learn. Sounds like good stuff.

It is not from fossils, thats a lie always has been. It was not an asteroid that wiped out the dinosaurs. It was the flood. You will love these episodes when you realize that evolutionist lie becuase they deny God. The millions of years (lie) is not even possible. Watch some of these and be blown away by the power and majesty of the Lord!

Yes, I never bought in to the whole asteroid thing, even as a kid. (how did it only wipe out the dinos and not the vegetation and other creatures? really?) Never bought into the millions of years stuff. And I taught my kids the same. I have one who would correct any PBS show that said something about millions of years. Yes, evolutionists have to come up with something to explain these things because otherwise they would have to give credit to God.

Natalie there could have been an asteroid or something that did hit the planet during the onset of the flood. Unless it was God miraculously doing it, He used natural processes when He created the universe, setting it up in advance. For example it is a fairly wide held belief/fact that Mars & Earth had different orbits than they do today. When they got too close there was catastrophism i.e. Joshua's long day. I do believe it was a similar event or maybe it was a massive asteroid like we see in the movie Armageddon, coming at the planet in huge chunks and one or more barreled so deep into the earth that the flood resulted from it. Remember it wasnt just 40 days of rain like I was told when I was a kid with little foofy books of an overstuffed ark. The fountains of the deep opened up! When you watch/listen to one of those I posted it will make more sense (if it doesnt already). the other thing Im starting to understand is the land was very likely all in one piece before the flood. If I can find that one I'll post it too.
