I mentioned on another thread about having to leave the church I was attending and how it bummed me out, since I'm sorta house bound and don't get to fellowship much or socialize. Then as is always the case with our glorious savior, I was given a hand. I got an email from a school where I had taken a free seminary course, but they were offering courses at a "discount". Unfortunately being on a disability I only get 500 a month for all my needs, minus child support and rent to my folks, I'm pretty much broke from the moment I'm paid. LOL So, feeling a bit irritated that the discount, would still come to over a thousand bucks for a course, I wrote an email to the school, politely but not too politely letting them know I was living on nothing to begin with, and if they decided that money was not as important as spreading knowledge of God's word, thereby offering a super discount to people like me, then i'd be all for it, but until then I'm gonna have to pass. It was a form notice, so I really didn't expect anyone to even get or read it. A few days later, I get an email from the school. They inform me that actually they have scholarships to discount the price and even full scholarships, if I'd follow the link and fill out the forms, they would submit mine. That donors offer to cover costs and stuff like that. So, I did, but didn't expect anything to come of it. Then a few days later, BOOM! I'm accepted fully paid. I began my first 85 hrs. of a class on Romans a few days ago. Praise the Lord! He's keeping me busy in my personal studies of His word already, but now I also have classes to attend online as well. More than I expected and definitely more than I asked for!
