Pray for my mother please

Mike, I'll be praying for your mom.

mike, I am so sorry to hear about your mother. and she is in my prayers as well.

Last week my neighbor across the street died and then on Saturday the neighbor next to me died; both men in their 70's. So I was talking to the neighbor on the other side of me and we agreed that we had better watch out. Now you are telling us about your mother. What is going on? I guess the group that I am acquainted with are of that age. Some close friends from my youth have died as well as so many family members. And I think that I shared when my cousin died and I did not know about that passing. So, on the 18th of June a few years ago I found myself in the spirit world at  a family reunion of sorts. So my mother as well as her brothers and other aunts and uncles were there and my cousin, Junior. I asked, "What are you doing here"? It was at that gathering that I visited with my mother about her passing.

So when I awoke from that nights sleep I called my sister and told her of the experience and it was then that I learned that Junior's funeral was that day; the day of my visitation in the spirit world. I did not know of his passing until that very day. So I called my aunt, his mother, and reassured her that Junior was doing well because I had been with him in the afterlife. She shared that she had been worrying about his salvation. So it is my opinion that my visit there was to see and report that Junior had salvation in Christ.

That is not the only time that I was in the spirit world visiting with friends and family. I think we all have those experiences and on multiple occasions I have been with the Savior and can report that he is alive and well.   We all know that to be true.

May God bless your mother with loving kindness and grant her wishes with regard to the recovery of her health.

Praying for your mom. I'm glad to hear probably no stroke, but I will pray that you get answers and the right treatment quickly presents itself.

Thank you all. Quick update.
She came home Wednesday but is still suffering with dizziness and double vision. They cant seem to figure that out. It is making things difficult for her. She cant walk much due to the dizziness.
Fortunately the BP is under control now

Another update... I took mom to the eye doctor.

He said "i cant tell you that you didnt have a stroke but i dont see any evidence of one"

Praise Jesus

He said she has 6th nerve palsy, caused by the BP and is causing the double vision (which causes the dizziness)

Hello brothers & sisters - I wanted to update this post with good news a while ago as my mom was on the mend and things were improving well.

This morning she called and told me that her doctors (finally) told her that she has stage 3 kidney disease. For some reason both her GP and nephrologist didnt explain this to her over the course of treating her for her BP.

Shes upset with the doctors and said "I had to forgive them already" to which I said to her "being upset with them doesnt change the situation and probably adds stress to your system, so please let it go"

So now she is faced with managing this to prohibit further damage. It can be mediated through diet and some exercise. Please pray for the Lord to guide her properly. She is aging and recognizes that. Bless God that she is devout in her faith in Him. She did however say "God has my date already on his calendar, but I dont want to have to suffer to the end..." We dont know whats in store for any of us tomorrow (James 4:13-14 & Proverbs 27:1).
