I was not aware of much of this as I am pretty new to the knowledge of the MK.
It was never mentioned in any of the many churches I attended.

I wonder if a lot of pastors avoid end time prophecy because they were never taught it or studied it? My pastor is an expositional teacher, so if the text brings something up then he will teach it. We are getting ready to start the book of Matthew, so we will eventually get to end times things. (If we are still here by then; Matthew is a long book ) Although my pastor did teach through some of Revelation with the High School Sunday School class because my son came home talking about it. But most churches I have attended never ventured into prophecy. Well, except First Coming verses, but those are easier. My pastor does occasionally mention Christ's Kingdom and eternity as our final destination (vs. heaven). I read about the Millennial Kingdom before, but it's only been within the last 2-3 years-- fascinating stuff to think about.
