1. Read Luke 19
Jesus gave a parable "because he was nigh to Jerusalem AND because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear."
There are 2 versus I want to draw your attention to that were part of the parable: 14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us. ... 27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.
I think I found in the old testament where Jesus may have been alluding to from these 2 verses.
2. Read 1 Samuel Chapters 8-12 These chapters are about Saul becoming Israel's first human king because they rejected God as their King. I think 1 Samuel 8-12 is literally the prophecy about Christ taking His kingdom back! Read those chapters from the perspective of Christ as being Saul...
I think there might be an allusion to a pre-trib rapture ( look for loaves of bread in the text ). And an allusion to the battle of Armageddon (Jabeshgilead). The Jabeshgilead citizens even make a covenant with Nahash the Ammonite for "7 days" !!!
Here are the two verses that seem to match with Luke 19
1 Samuel 8:7 And the Lord said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them. ... 1 Samuel 11:12 And the people said unto Samuel, Who is he that said, Shall Saul reign over us? bring the men, that we may put them to death.
Thoughts?

I love these allusions! Jesus wove the Hebrew Bible into everything He taught. Reminds me of the Psalm 45 / Parable of the 10 Virgins connection.

I've now found a second allusion of the end times in 1 Kings 12 (more specifically I'm referencing a 3 thousand year times of the Gentiles).
The first allusion was in 1 Samuel Chapters 8-12 1: asses were lost for 3 days (ie the Jews during the dysphoria which started around 8th century BC, about 2800 years ago). 1a: Saul was sent to find the lost asses [Jesus was sent to the lost tribes of Israel] [And Matthew 18:11 is likely missing from your version of the "bible"; even on this website when you mouse over Matthew 18:11 you get Matthew 18:10 LOLOL fail... stick with the KJV]. 2: Samuel said the asses were found and to stop worrying about them. (I think because God will bring them back... so don't worry about it Ezekiel/Isaiah) 3: Saul was to meet 3 men, of which were carrying 3 lambs (first 3 thousand years), 3 loaves of bread (Gentile/dysphoria years), 1 bottle of wine (millennium). 4: Saul was to receive 2 of the 3 loaves of bread from the men (ie the last 2 thousand years of the Gentile/dysphoria or AKA... the Church age of Grace). ------------------------------ The second allusion to 3 thousand years is 1 Kings 12 1: Rehoboam was to be made King 2: the people said the burden of the yoke was too heavy for them, If the burden was made lighter, they would serve the king 3: Rehoboam told the people to disperse for 3 days and then come back (ie the 3000 year dysphoria) 4: Rehoboam chatted with the elders with Solomon (IMHO this is Christ in Heaven with the 24 elders) 5: Rehoboam didn't listen to the elders and went to those who grew up with him (IMHO this is Israel going with the anti-christ) 6: The young advice to Rehoboam was to tell the people that the king will make the yoke worse and to punish with scorpions ( ie exactly that in Revelation chapter 9) 7: The people come back after 3 days and the King basically says you're getting the scorpions
------------------------------- Now the Church age will have been 2000 years when we get to the year 2034, which should be 2000 years after the year the Jews stoned Stephen and totally rejected the Holy Spirit of God.

I found something else important this morning about Luke 19.
Not only was Jesus pointing to 1 Samuel 8-12, Jesus's parable about the talents and cities was pointing to Numbers 33 & 35. Numbers 33 & 35 is where the Lord tells Moses how to setup the cities in the future. The keyword that seems to link everything is "Jericho".
I think Jesus is trying to tell us about the future when he comes to take his Kingdom back !!!
Also in Luke 18 (and the bottom of these 2 other gospel chapters):
Just outside of Jericho: Luke 18 = Mark 10 = Matthew 20 (2 blind men healed outside of Jericho). ----------------------------------- Mark 10 has 1 phrase that the other 2 Gospels do not have: Mark 10:49-50 Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee. And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.
I believe this is a resurrection/rapture phrase used in Zachariah. It's not just about Jesus healing 2 blind men.
---------------------------------- There is also a strange pattern going on between the 3 gospels: ---------------------------------- Luke 18 come to Jericho (IN) 1 blind man healed
Mark 10 come to Jericho (IN) went out of Jericho(OUT) rise 1 blind man healed
Matthew 20 departed from Jericho (OUT) 2 blind men healed -------------------------------- Edit: Just adding this (for my personal notes) due to (IN/OUT) reference
Zechariah 8 10 For before these days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbour.
No Jobs, farms shutting down, etc... BLM Antifa, "peaceful" protests all over the world. ...before these days... -------------------------------- Edit:
Just adding this (for my personal notes) Anti-Democracy/Republic verse 1 Samuel 8:18 And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the Lord will not hear you in that day.

Just adding a note that applies here: Isaiah 46 9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, 10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
Fascinating video on the first word in the Bible with 7000 year history. 1 Samuel 10:3-4
3 lambs (3000 years; Adam to the Jewish diaspora) 3 loaves of bread (3000 years; "times of the Gentiles"; leaven bread; 2 loaves of which were given to Saul/Church Age of Christ) 1 bottle of wine (1000 years; reign of Christ)

Jeremiah 27 21 Yea, thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning the vessels that remain in the house of the Lord, and in the house of the king of Judah and of Jerusalem; 22 They shall be carried to Babylon, and there shall they be until the day that I visit them, saith the Lord; then will I bring them up, and restore them to this place. (Jesus visits after 1 loaf of bread) How do we know Jesus wasn't talking about the vessels that he brought with Him to God after Jesus rose from the dead?
Jeremiah 28
11 And Hananiah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith the Lord; Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way. (WITHIN the space of 2000 years!)

Linking of Luke 19 --> 1 Samuel 8-12 Use KJV.
Luke 19:8 --> 1 Samuel 12:3-4
Luke 19:9 --> 1 Samuel 11:13
Luke 19:10 --> 1 Samuel 9:3 & 1 Samuel 9:20 (asses lost for 3 days) & 1 Samuel 10:2 | a) Matthew 18:11 (exact same verse as Luke 19:10 but... actually lost from corrupted Wescott & Hort translations) b) Psalm 119:176 c) Ezekiel 34:16
Luke 19:12 --> (1 Samuel 9:4-5 went to far country) & (1 Samuel 10:24 Saul becoming King ) & (1 Samuel 10:26 return home )
Luke 19:14 --> 1 Samuel 8:7 & 1 Samuel 10:27
Luke 19:27 --> 1 Samuel 11:12-15
---------------------------------- 1 Samuel 10:2 The asses that were lost for 3 days were found. 1 Samuel 10:3-4 (3 loaves of bread; asses; 2 loaves of bread were given to him; 2 asses were given to the Lord to ride into Jerusalem to be King) Matthew 21:1-2 then sent Jesus two disciples (two witnesses?) to collect the asses. Matthew 21:1-7 Jesus rode into Jerusalem on an ass and an ass' colt.

New intel Zechariah 11:17 The anti-christ has his right eye put out. 1 Samuel 11:2 the evil enemy make a 7 day peace covenant with Israel where they say they will put out everyone's right eye.
What if that's symbolic of the mark of the beast?
Brenda Weltner's I, Pet Goat, II video starting at the point where the enemy is shown with his right eye put out. Interesting...

New intel.
The Holy Spirit, I believe, has shown me something new and important.
John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
Homework for everyone: Read all of the Prophets as if the main character, the prophet, is actually Jesus Christ... but not as Jesus in the day of the prophet's specific time but it's Jesus Christ in 30-33 AD (1st coming of Christ) ...AND... 2030-2033 AD (2nd coming of Christ).
I recommend starting with Ezekiel. I was blown away! When you start with Ezekiel, imagine Jesus is Ezekiel or that Ezekiel is having a vision of being Jesus the man and that God the Father starts conversing with Christ as He is about to begin his 3 year ministry with the 12 apostles.... and at the same time, image the conversation is also about Jesus coming back at the 2nd coming.
