I received my vaccine today. 1st dose. Only side effects was a little headache and fatigue about 7-8 hrs after injection. Not bad for first dose. For those worried, I’m immunodeficient and it wasn’t a bad experience at all. I will happily state any issues I have here for transparency over the next few weeks for those on the fence. EDIT: After writing this, I did experience a sore arm where the injection site was about 8 and a half hours after the shot. It feels like a baseball hit my arm. Made it impossible to sleep on that arm. 2nd EDIT: BTW, I am providing this update not to move any of you to vaccinate. I am just giving you an honest account from a member here instead of a news source from someone you don't know. The vaccine is not for everyone. I told my mother not to get it. Why? Because she is alone, retired, and isnt around many people. When more get vaccinated and we can look at long term effects, then she should get it.
Why did I get it then? I volunteered because I need it in order to do my job safely. I don't want to bring any disease home to my family, and working has me interact with many people. For the safety of myself and my family, I choose to do this. If I had a job where I could stay home and be productive, I would most likely wait a few months before getting it to see how the rollout across the nation looks. Each case is different depending on our medical history and what we do for a living. Because I got vaccinated, am I trusting medicine over God's protection? No, not at all. The day I went in, I prayed to God for his help. I acknowledge that he will do with me as he pleases. Regardless of medicine or not, I am in his hands. But, I also believe that God made man intelligent to create medicines like this to help people. We are given intellect and tools. Mankind chooses to use them for good or evil. I cannot think that medicines thought to do good, would be abhorrent to God. For me, it is not a matter of faith over medicine. My faith is unwavering. But my body is flesh and is breakable. We allow medicine when having a child, we allow it when our children break their arm and we allow it when we need it to survive - like insulin for diabetics.
Hey brother, just wondered if you had a chance to review the information I posted about this not being a vaccine. Based on the data, you can still bring it home to your family. Just wanted to make sure you were aware of that. Glad you are doing well. Be blessed

I believe this really boils down to who do you believe. A government, any government, the US, China, UK, Israel, Germany, The Vatican etc., etc. Or the voices of those that are being suppressed, blocked, or outright called false. Voices that are crying out in the wilderness that are echoing off the trees that are rooted in this Earth. Get my meaning? I choose to believe the opposite of what governments tell me anymore. Prophecy, imo, is a warning against putting faith in man, rather faith in Christ, no matter the cost. Where are Satan's lies more likely to reside? With the many or with the few? One road is broad, the other is narrow.

BTW, since my last update, late last night I went into severe fatigue. I was exhausted. I got very bad cold chills, legs cramps and body aches from about 8pm till 9am this morning and I still have chills, light fever, body aches, sore arm...I'm a hot mess. The first dose wasnt too bad, but this second dose...you need to take off of work. The fatigue was worse for me than a flu. It completely made me useless at home. Couldnt get out of bed I was so weak. The body aches and chills were so bad, and lasted so long, they kept me up all night and even right now, I cant sit in a chair for more then a few minutes. Laying down feels better.

venge Gotcha! you are describing what I experienced with the actual virus! I of course had the coughing as well (which lasted 8 weeks). Hope you recover soon.

Hey venge, your symptoms sound similar to a couple of those close to me who had COVID. They actually described it as a cross between a cold and the flu. Kind of a mix of both. + several, but not all of them, temporarily lost their sense of smell and taste. Praying for you.

New Covid strain could be 30% MORE deadly than original virus, scientists say: www.thesun.co.uk/news/politics/13821631/new-covid-19-variant-more-deadly/If my memory is correct, there was a video posted by someone, where Bill & Melinda Gates seemed to be saying that something else was coming that would make people more willing to get the vaccine. Could a new deadlier strain be it?

Venge, please ensure you are good on Vit D. C and Zinc.
You're in my prayers, with your mum and Church.

Here's that video of Bill & Melinda Gates. I have the time set to one question about him predicting a global pandemic and his answer. In the answer he seems to say the next one (could that possibly the new variant) will really get people's attention, and oddly they both smile. It makes me wonder did they know something, and if so how did they know it? It says he predicted it in 2015, but he also participated, along with Dr Fauci, in the Pandemic preparation exercise in NYC in October of 2019 shortly before the virus showed up. Am I misinterpreting this? Do I need to just take off my tinfoil hat?

bernie if it walks like a duck... While its possible he was saying it "tongue in cheek" as if to say 'I am in favor of vaccines, when one comes (virus) that's deadly, you'll believe me' or a similar line. That being said...quack!

Well, It's been 3 days since my 2nd dose shot. I still have some fatigue and a very light headache. First dose was a walk in the park but this one (2nd dose) was tough for me at least. I know a friend of mine who also got the 2nd dose, he only had a sore arm and that's it. Some people get nothing, others (like myself) get it all lol.

Just in case folks hadnt heard the PCR test is highly inaccurate for diagnosis of Coronavirus and the WHO admitted this. "a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.""Positive results more likely indicate “ordinary respiratory diseases like the common cold.” [2]"Further refuting bogus claims that people without symptoms are contagious. You cant spread something you dont have symptoms for. I realize most understand this, but it always good to have the information present to have honest conversations with people who have been deceived. Also of great interest is the change in guidance from the WHO on Jan 20th www.breitbart.com/science/2021/01/22/w-h-o-modifies-virus-testing-criteria-on-biden-inauguration-day-may-result-in-fewer-positives/" On Inauguration Day, the W.H.O. issued the new directives for the commonly used PCR testing in the form of a “medical product alert,” indicating that a patient who comes out positive may need to take a second test and present symptoms to be considered infected."

bernie, I remember seeing that video a few months ago and it made me cringe, I definitely think you’re right about it. Their smiles at the end...something really off about it.

I think it might have been D4L who posted it originally, and I thought the look they had was kind of sinister. It didn't help that someone else had posted a photo of Melinda wearing what appeared to be an upside down cross. I guess it could be photoshopped, but I don't have a good feeling about them. Hope I'm wrong. Attachments:
