Is Ezekiel chapter 8 still considered unfulfilled prophecy?
Something that showed up in the news recently bought it to mind for me.

I find this verse the most interesting considering the day and times we are living in:
Ezekiel 8:14 Then he brought me to the entrance of the north gate of the house of the Lord, and behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.
Dumuzid, later known by the alternate form Tammuz, is an ancient Mesopotamian god associated with shepherds, who was also the primary consort of the goddess Inanna (later known as Ishtar).
The Catholic Church is full of images of Ishtar that they attempt to pass off as Mary.

Some of what is said in the chapter seemed, to me, to line up with our time here today. The men in the temple praying to the east brings to mind Islam. Recently it was discovered that there is a room/location on the temple mount where Jews have been praying every year on Yom Kippur, it was a secret location, which got me searching for this particular chapter, as it mentions looking through a hole in the wall into what appears to be a secret area (though that is a shaky interpretation.
