davewatchman , Well it was fun speculating for a few days. If nothing happens this month around the summer solstice, then I think we may be waiting "on hold" for a couple years. Disappointing, but I'm always reminded of Paul when a high watch date comes and goes.
I think we may be waiting "on hold"
for a couple years right now. I'm still paranoid that it's happening right now, i'm apprehensive that it could bust out at any time now.
And i was paranoid during that raptor parade. I drive around the Toronto airport for my work that day. 2 million people were flooding the downtown core. The 680 news said nothing like that had ever happened before. Transit routes were cancelled due to over capacity. Too many stupid people. That would have been an awful day for fire to fall from heaven in the full view of men.
I'm thinking some strange sounding weird things now. I still think that we were due 420 days after the 11/13 Jupiter/ Venus conjunction. Right at the "Darkened Sun in January 2019.
But then the 6th seal was opened, a split second before the 7th seal, and we went into immediate suspended animation. Freeze frame mode. Lock down hold. The delay that was caused by the composite beast. Silence in Heaven for about the space of half an hour, half a "hora".
I started getting the idea for this on May 21 after looking at this thread:
board.unsealed.org/thread/1940/graph-revelation-finally-explainedI didn't agree with the video's author, but i think he had some good ideas. I found other support for the half an hour of silence to be half a year of silence.
Here is a screenshot from the video:
But the author just says: "Remember in prophecy an HOUR = 1 year, So, what would a half hour be? Yes! 6 months!
But no, i don't remember that in prophecy an HOUR = 1 year. I remember that a "time" = 1 year. Time , times and a half a time. Three and a half years.
And then i found this:
Time in Bible Times
By Charles Francis PotterThe word "hour" comes from the Greek word "hora." The
"Horae" were the three mythological goddesses of the seasons—
spring, summer and winter. This was before autumn was recognized
as a season. Their names were Eunomia, Dike and Eirene, mean-
ing Good Order, Justice and Peace, guardians of the orderly suc-
cession of the processes of nature.
"Hora" therefore meant "season" in a very general sense, almost
synonymous with "a time." It was simply a measurable lapse of
time with a beginning and an end, but with no uniform length of
duration. That ancient Greek meaning of the word persisted into
New Testament times even after "hora" came to be used also to
mean a division of the day. Consequently, when the translators
came across the word "hora," they found it very difficult to deter-
mine what English word to use.
Several times they translated "hora" as "day" ; several other
times they rendered it "season," and they were correct in so doing.
But in some verses where "hora" should have been translated
"moment" or "instant," they rendered it "hour."
Even in the many places in the New Testament where the word
"hora" is used to indicate a period of time somewhat corresponding
to our modern hour, it should be understood by the Bible reader
that the New Testament hour varied greatly in length.
There were astronomers then, to be sure, who had carefully
worked out the exact length of the day from their observation of
the stars and the equinoxes, and had divided the day into 24 equal
parts or hours, like the ones we use today. These they measured
by a clever mechanical device which they called the clepsydra,
literally the water-stealer, a primitive forerunner of the clock.
But the common people of New Testament times, in their homes
and in business, knew nothing of the day of 24 equal hours. To
them the day was the period between sunrise and sunset, and that
was divided into 12 equal parts called hours. Of course, the hours
were therefore much longer in summer than in winter. In mid-
winter their hour was equal to only three-fourths of one of our hours
and in midsummer was as long as our hour and a quarter. But in
their leisurely method of living, they did not worry about such
small matters.

Practically, too, Jesus' contemporaries did not even bother very
much with separate hours. They used mostly the third, sixth and
ninth hours, meaning mid-forenoon, noon and mid-afternoon. As a
matter of fact, the first, second, fourth, fifth, eighth and 12th hours
are never mentioned in the New Testament at all. The 11th hour
is referred to twice, but in the same story; and the seventh and
tenth hours are mentioned but once each. And in half the places
where any hour is mentioned, it is prefaced by the word "about."
"About the ninth hour" is a common phrase, and meant evidently
"along some time in the afternoon."
The night was divided into watches. In Old Testament times
there were three—the evening watch, the middle watch and the
morning watch. That usage carried over into the New Testament,
but the Roman four-watch night was also coming into use. There
is an interesting example in Mark 13: 35, where all four watches
are named, "Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master
of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing,
or in the morning."
adsabs.harvard.edu/full/1941JRASC..35..163P"This was before autumn was recognized
as a season. And they were told to rest for a little season, and wait for their fellow servants and brothers.
"And it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. And in the Bible days, Old Israel only had two "seasons". So a little "season" would be what? That's right, 6 months.
"But to the Jew every season was a special time and a reminder of the
promises of God, as He said to Noah "seedtime and harvest, cold and
heat, summer and winter" (Genesis 8: 22)."
"Though the Bible specifically mentions summer, winter, spring and
autumn, it may come as a surprise to know that the Bible never
mentions four seasons, but only two."
"The Hebrew word "stav", translated today as autumn, is mentioned only
once in the Bible in the Song of Solomon: "for lo, the winter is
passed, the rain is over and gone..." (Song 2:11), "stav" really
speaks of the time of the winter rains."
"The Hebrew word "aviv", translated today as spring is mentioned twice
in the Bible, both referring to a stage in the ripening of barley
rather than a season."
"The land of Israel enjoys sunny blue skies from the beginning of May
to the end of September, with little or no interruption, and this made
it possible for the large number of pilgrims traveling to Jerusalem
for the various Feasts, to spend several days with Christ in the
wilderness."

"For the LORD has a day of vengeance,
a year of recompense for the cause of Zion.Written in the language of a Hebrew Couplet,
where a day is equivalent to a year.
I keep hearing that Enoch, his "translation", is very much like a "type" of the church and the rapture.
Today I was reading the Book of Jasher just because... and got to chapter 3 where Enoch is talked about. I know it's not cannon but still referenced as an important book from cannon.
When reading about Enoch, he was asked to rule over 130 nations (princes and kings). So he was a world leader in a since according to Jasher.
What's really interesting to me is these 3 verses:
10 And they assembled in all, one hundred and thirty kings and princes, and they made Enoch king over them and they were all under his power and command.
11 And Enoch taught them wisdom, knowledge, and the ways of the Lord; and he made peace amongst them, and peace was throughout the earth during the life of Enoch.
12
And Enoch reigned over the sons of men two hundred and forty-three years,
and he did justice and righteousness with all his people, and he led them in the ways of the Lord.
So he was a Godly leader for 243 years over many kings and princes.
And Enoch is a type of the church... raptured/translated before God's wrath on the planet with the flood.
1776 + 243 = 2019
hmmm...
And so i think this is also excellent logic. I like it.
I don't know whatever made you think to add the 243 days of Enoch to 1776 uscgvet . And i know that it's extra Biblical, but i like it.
There's still time for the five months of Revelation 9 to start in August, and it all be finished, for us anyway, by the end of 2019.
But it leaves me with a lump in my throat for what might happen between now and July. I think that it's spooky.
We might be watching the vials poured out from a position in the stratosphere at the beginning of 2020.
2020 vision.
2020 hindsight.
Philippians 1:21-24
21 For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. 22 But if I am to live on in the flesh, this will mean fruitful labor for me; and I do not know which to choose. 23 But I am hard-pressed from both directions, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, for that is very much better; 24 yet to remain on in the flesh is more necessary for your sake.
So we are still here. Let's make the most of it by living faithfully, encouraging our brothers and sisters in Christ, and being a witness for others.
This sounds like great advice.
Amen.
Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
