The world hates the rapture because satan hates the rapture, 'Ye are of a father -- the devil, and the desires of your father ye will to do; he was a man-slayer from the beginning, and in the truth he hath not stood, because there is no truth in him; when one may speak the falsehood, of his own he speaketh, because he is a liar -- also his father. And the thing is the most blow back about the Rapture is in the Church!! or so called Christians! We have satanic apostated cult posing as Christian churches preaching a different GodJesus and a different gospel> they even have to write their own bibles to blend with their lying theology . But the bible says these people have no understanding of the bible though they have a forum of godliness , The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. And the Apostate of today can not understand the Rapture and the truth of the bible because they are in bed with satan. And I have read all the garbage that these people have wrote , like the rapture is just a new kinda thing from some stupid people> this could be so far from the truth , An examination of early church writings shows church fathers indeed wrote about the Rapture. Its the Apostated church of today is the ones that Deny THE RAPTURE> but we Know where that's coming from {THE FATHER OF LIES}

Really think the phrase "The World Hates The Rapture" -- is a bit untrue..... Maybe closer would be "The World Does not believe in the Rapture and WHEN IT HAPPENS "The World WILL Hate The Rapture"

Sadly, rant is no longer with us. He was my hopeful debate partner that burned out in a flash. All that I have left is you and we agree on to many things.

Do you think young children from non-believing "Christians" or even other faiths get raptured? While the parents stay behind? Then the world will hate the rapture. I am not saying this is the case, just wondering if it might be.
Matthew 19:14 Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
also: 1 Thessalonians 5:1-4 1Now, brothers and sisters, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, 2for you know very well that the day of the LORD will come like a thief in the night. 3While people are saying, "Peace and safety," destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. 4But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief.
This also reminds me of the death of the first born sons of egypt: Exodus 11:5 Every firstborn son in Egypt will die, from the firstborn son of Pharaoh, who sits on the throne, to the firstborn son of the female slave, who is at her hand mill, and all the firstborn of the cattle as well.
These people may not miss you or me, but they will definitely be upset about their missing children.

kg1The requirement is faith in Christ. Without faith, I don’t see a child being saved. Ezekiel 14 14Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord GOD. 16Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters; they only shall be delivered, but the land shall be desolate. 18Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only shall be delivered themselves. 19Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast: 20Though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness. So we can only save ourselves. Not our children. That is why we must teach them when we wake up, when we walk, when we eat and before sleep about Christ and his shed blood and of God and his wish to save all mankind. Every sinner out there.

kg1, welcome me to this website! Your question kind of skirts around an issue that has been around since the time of John Calvin. Some people have views similar to venge, -- which is strict each individual accountable to have faith and without that faith then no blessings - meaning no salvation, no Rapture .... Others (Like Lahaye and Jenkins - of the Left Behind series) basically have the belief in what is commonly called Age of Accountablity. This belief basically is anyone that is incapable of understanding the Gospel (like young children, mentally challenged) are by Grace accepted into the blessings such as salvation and/or rapture ... Without having the faith mentioned by venge, There are many views covering this aspect (as who will be raptured, what qualifies to be raptured).... Apostle Paul - the only one who directly mentioned the Rapture ... States Believers (both dead and alive) will be raised - or raptured. He did not mention any other people raptured. So basically, you are correct - IF the Age of Accountablity view is correct - there could be thousands of people mad about their missing children.

I believe the Bible refers to babies/children as "innocents".
Psalm 106:38 They shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was desecrated by their blood.
I'm also a believer in Predestination and Election.
So then to me it is plausible that ALL humans who die before they are capable of consciously sinning against God, were intended for Glory from before time.
