Hey brothers and sisters, it's been a while since I've posted. Just wanted to see if any of you had thoughts on the convergence of Purim, the Vernal Equinox and the third and final supermoon of 2019.
Seems very interesting to me. Is it a sign for Israel? Would love everyone's thoughts.

There are always possibilities of it meaning something, but I wouldn't hang my hat on it. I think there are things that do happen that we aren't aware of at the time things occur. That is assuming it means anything at all.
For example the great American eclipse. I was not aware that Jared Kushner and Co. flew to the middle the same day to embark on putting together the peace plan.
There are other eclipses that happened historically that had contained symbolism but not every conjunction means something or means something to everyone.
Given it is Purim and only a super moon, I am not holding breath.

2 Day to day pours out

You know, I can read that psalm and accept it for what it says. "Day to day" and "night to night" pours out speech and knowledge. We all know that daytime observations require knowledge of the stars and/or the proper tools (software) to make such observations...otherwise they are hidden in the sun and unseen. Even so, my knowledge is severely lacking when it comes to understanding God's meaning in all of it.
Charles Spurgeon (IMHO) said it best, "God is too good to be unkind and He is too wise to be mistaken. And when we cannot trace His hand, we must trust His heart."
Does the Super Moon on Purim have meaning? Yes, scripture says so. What does it mean? To what event does it point? I am not skilled to understand the fine detail(s). In lieu of such understanding, short of the special revelation of the Lord, all that I really know is that the Lord Himself is coming and coming according to His word.
All of God's word works together and points to Jesus. That is what I know.
I tend to see each of these signs in the heavens as brush strokes of a larger picture. One that will be complete before you know it as I think we all plainly see the changing of the seasons. Summer is drawing near.

Thanks PR - I think my response was limited to my understanding of numbers and stars and signs, etc. I think I took the perspective of leading oneself down a rabbit hole. It is quite possible and very likely that all of these numerics and stellar signs have meaning and one day we may be able to understand all of them. For now some have a greater understanding, but not complete. Me, I have less than a trace amount of knowledge. For now I am reminded: Deut 29:4 & 29
Yet the LORD hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day.
The secret [things belong] unto the LORD our God: but those [things which are] revealed [belong] unto us and to our children for ever, that [we] may do all the words of this law. |
