Last year this verse was used by a prominent guy who thought the rapture would happen at an appointed time, a feast day, which was the second Passover. So i just assumed that the "day appointed" was that word 4150 "moed" used 21 times as appointed time (21). But it's not. It's actually the word 3677 "kese" or "keseh", the FULL moon. That's the exact opposite of the new moon. So it would be more accurately read as this: "He hath taken a bag of money with him, and will come home at the full moon.. New International Version
He took his purse filled with money and will not be home till full moon." English Standard Version
he took a bag of money with him; at full moon he will come home.” Berean Study Bible
He took with him a bag of money and will not be returning until the moon is full.” New American Standard Bible
He has taken a bag of money with him, At the full moon he will come home." At the FULL moon He will come home. Here's a verse that uses both words in the same sentence for the new moon, and for the full moon. English Standard Version

Dave, when I read this post I suddenly realized that the second Passover is the key because Lord Jesus had a 70 week ministry ending at the second Passover. Thus, it would seem that the Savior's ministry began in our month of September corresponding to the date of the great sign. Thus, it is 70 weeks from the great sign and that takes us to Jan. 21st (there about). It is my opinion that the Savior's ministry was 70 weeks and not 3.5 years. That is, it was the "acceptable year of the Lord" and now that acceptable year has past beginning at the great sign. Post Script: I did not work through the schedule but took a quick guess. |

but in the middle of the week he will put an end to sacrifice and offering.If the He is Jesus, it means He was cut off in the middle of the week, in the middle of a heptad, a week of seven years. But it's not bad logic to consider. "Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Was it on Saturday when Jesus ascended? Whether it was on Sabbath, or the second Passover, could that be a hint that He will return in "like" manner. If so then it would rule out the January 21'st blood moon on a Monday. But the "darkened' sun will begin on a Saturday, and complete on Sunday. Anyway, you're in good company with the second Passover idea. There's an English girl that keeps going on about two Passovers, and the prominent guy that i mentioned is a retired physician from Loma Linda. Richard Ruhling is still going on about the second Passover on another forum. He showed me about the rule of first usage. Watch this. "But know this, that if the GOODMAN of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. what hour.The rule of first usage states that to understand a Biblical word or phrase, search for where it is first used to gain clarity. In the KJV, "goodman" is first used in Proverbs 7:20: "For the goodman is not at home, He is gone a long journey:

Let's say that the Savior's ministry was 70 weeks and it started on Passover and went one year. That total was 52 weeks and add to that 7 weeks which brings the total to 59 weeks. Thus 11 weeks remain and they perhaps go on the front (from the baptism of the Savior) or the rear (to Pentecost) of the count. However, that count began at the spring feasts.
So now in our day the 70 week count starts at the fall feasts and specifically the great sign. The end of that 70 week count is the end of January 2019.
Just a thought but there may be something to it. My next guess is 3.5 years from the great sign. I like this one better and I am hoping your date of Jan. 21 2019 is correct.

I'm trying to think of an easy and compact answer to the question. I see what i call the empirical. And then more and more verification seems to be found all over the place. The events and celestial alignments that do not grow on trees. They are not replaceable in time. These things are never going to happen again. There's never going to be another 1948. There's never going to be another Suleiman the Magnificent in 1535. And there's never going to be another decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem in 1969. There's never going to be another Comet Shoemaker Levy 9 smashing into Jupiter 21 times in 1994 counting 21 years to 2015 where a rare total solar and lunar eclipse counts 1372 days until a "darkened" sun and a moon that will not give it's light. And from June 26, 2015, when the United States became the 21st nation to make legal same sex marriage, until that same "darkened" sun is EXACTLY 1290 days. And what are the chances that the Revelation 12 sign's conjunction of Jupiter and Venus would also confirm the last third, the last 420 of the 1260, when measured to the "darkened" sun? That alone would be pretty tough to fake, even by a dragon empowered composite beast. There's more detail to this, i'm sure. But these things are never going to happen again. LOL Yep, i'm watching it too. It still looks like all systems are a go. But i'm more worried about it than you guys are. I don't think that the Lord would want us to be scared or worried about it. I don't know what's going to happen. But whatever happens, i think it's going to happen soon. And i am afraid that the Lord is going to destroy the destroyers of the earth as part of the deal. I was thinking my date was actually Jan. 6 2019, this weekend. Saturday and Sunday. The 5th, and the 6th. Because it begins Saturday night, and concludes on another part of the world on Sunday. No man can know which day or hour, even if he is right about the eclipse.  From the "darkened' sun, through to Jan. 21 2019. That whole 14 day span is a time of concern for me. After that, i'm either going to be looking very smart, or like a big dummy. Maybe then i can write the book, The Apocalypse for Dummies. If it hasn't already been written. But if i am right, it's not because i'm smart, it's because He gives the wisdom TO the wise. I think the Apocalypse did come, but the people did not recognize it, and have done to it whatever they wished to. I think we're in like the days of John the Baptist again. We're in some kind of tribulation of the Matrix style where people are walking around like everything is normal, but it's not. The man of sin has slipped right in and taken his seat. The composite beast has opened it's mouth in blasphemy and is saying unheard of things against the God of gods. From the Abomination, until the "darkened" sun is EXACTLY 1290 days. I don't think there's any way that could be a coincidence. Impossible. And that same "darkened" sun measures 420 days from the conjunction of Jupiter and Venus after the Revelation 12 sign. It was Barry Scarborough and Rhonda Empson (I think that's her last name) Barry had a dream a couple of years ago about the Eagles playing the Ravens at the Ravens stadium. The 6th is the first time that happens since the dream (although they played in Dec but it was at the Eagles field). Sometime in Dec Rhonda was waking up and heard "17 days" and that pointed to the 6th. Seems like a day to watch. ETA: I got the team names wrong. But I don't follow football... should be Chargers and Ravens. Although the Eagles also play. |

This is a perfect description of this small town I live near and work in. It sounds kind of funny, the way you say it. At least you work and live near a small town. I wonder how many people, how many Bible people here live within a big city? Where i'm at now, (in Canada), the Christmas season was busy. Gas is cheap, the traffic is thick and all types of construction is booming. New dodge rams are growing on trees. Roads, transit and home construction are booming. People have been eating and drinking and marrying and giving in marriage. Every other guy at the gas pumps in the morning has a yellow or orange construction jacket on. The dump truck drivers here make 250 bucks a load, 1000 dollars a day. If there's no apocalypse by spring, i want to get my air brake licence. I'll make a million bucks, and build some pole barns to store all my junk. And I will say in my heart, “Dave, you have ample goods laid up for many years; relax, eat, drink, be merry.”’ And then the apocalypse will probably come and wash me all away. |

Dave, You're so funny...OK I dont live in a big city but the suburbs of NYC. With little traffic I am in NYC in half hour. I can tell you that Natalie's experience in a small town is no different than it is here where there's about 25 million people between NYC, North Jersey and into Long Island & CT. It is the days of Noah and certainly the days of Lot. I just started my annual reading and read Genesis 18 & 19 yesterday and yup, days of Lot for sure around here and well frankly everywhere I am aware of. With 2 young boys/men in my house and the use of Instagram, Snapchat and the likes - the days of Lot (immorality) are rampant, as are the days of Noah (blasphemous & anti-Christ) not in my area only, but country and worldwide. Its horrible but not surprising. God told us it would happen and here it is, right in our faces! Go do your thing and live your life, Godly! Build the barn, buy the new truck, get the mail order bride...as soon as you finish it all and kick back to enjoy POOF! we're gone and the wrath begins  |

Just one correction, Mike. I live in a large city (~110,000) and Stormy lives in a small town.  Although, I grew up in a town of 1400. But, yes, it's the same in my hometown as it is here. But there are those in both places who are watching and awake also. |
