"After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight"
I was also noticing that Jesus waited TWO days before He went to raise Lazarus:
"So, when he heard that Lazarus was ill, he stayed two days longer in the place where he was.
And then i wondered if it could be figured out, what time of year was it that Jesus raised up Lazarus from the dead?
AND THEN, i started thinking about something else a little spooky. What IF the "two days" longer that Jesus stayed in the place where He was, were the first two days of Purim. And then He went and raised Lazarus up on the third day, the last day, of Purim.
Is there more time to be measured in our mind.
Not yet, i'm still stuck on the Book of Purim Esther.
"The story of Esther comes to us in two different versions: The Septuagint (LXX) and the Masoretic Text (MT). Protestant translations use the Masoretic Text for its source, while the Septuagint is the source used for Roman Catholic, Eastern-Orthodox, and Coptic Bibles. The Septuagint version has later additions added to Esther.
The Lutheran Church is supposed to include those additions from the Septuagint since our Bibles included those writings in a section called “Apocrypha.” Until we transitioned to English and adopted the Protestant Bible, which by then had the Apocrypha removed, our Bibles included those writings for study and preaching (see Luther’s Die Bibel).
Hebrew is the original language of the Masoretic-Text version of Esther. Esther in the Septuagint comes to us only in Greek.
Since the Septuagint was also the Old Testament for Jesus and His Apostles.
The Septuagint was also the Old Testament for Jesus and His Apostles.
"Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake.
That word used for "earthquake" is 4578 "seismos". A shaking, a commotions, a tempest. Same word from Matthew 8:24 when the disciples were having a tribulation on the sea, a great "tempest", a great "siesmos" on the sea.
"And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.
A great tempest, a great commotion in the sea of many nations and peoples and tongues that the composite beast rises from?
But He was asleep. Jesus was asleep and had to be woke up. I wonder if we will need sleep in Heaven?
The Septuagint was also the Old Testament for Jesus and His Apostles.
Interesting read in the strange Script from the Septuagint version of Esther:
Mordecai's dream from the Douay-Rheims 1899 American Edition:
Esther 11
5 And this was his dream: Behold there were voices, and tumults, and thunders, and earthquakes, and a disturbance upon the earth.
6 And behold two great dragons came forth ready to fight one against another.
7 And at their cry all nations were stirred up to fight against the nation of the just.
8 And that was a day of darkness and danger, of tribulation and distress, and great fear upon the earth.
9 And the nation of the just was troubled fearing their own evils, and was prepared for death.
10 And they cried to God: and as they were crying, a little fountain grew into a very great river, and abounded into many waters.
11 The light and the sun rose up, and the humble were exalted, and they devoured the glorious.
12 And when Mardochai had seen this, and arose out of his bed, he was thinking what God would do: and he kept it fixed in his mind, desirous to know what the dream should signify.
Esther 14 DRA:
"Thou knowest my necessity, that I abominate the sign of my pride and glory, which is upon my head in the days of my public appearance, and detest it as a menstruous rag, and wear it not in the days of my silence,
"But deliver us by thy hand, and help me, who have no other helper, but thee, O Lord, who hast the knowledge of all things.
"O God, who art mighty above all, hear the voice of them, that have no other hope, and deliver us from the hand of the wicked, and deliver me from my fear.
Peaceful Sabbath.

And in three days I will raise it up.
Also, before Passover, Jesus specifically mentions the three days. This is tough to explain. Because i don't think He meant the resurrection of his own body, i think this is where Paul got the idea for the "Body of Christ". In three days He will raise US up, we ARE the Body, we are the Temple that He's talking about that will be raised in three days. And in the third day he will raise us up. And i think this will be the sign of the Son of Man, that when the tribes of the earth will see it, they will mourn. We won't see this sign because we ARE the sign.
"Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and will you raise it up in three days? But he spoke of the temple of his body.
Jesus said in three days I will raise IT up. What is the IT that He will raise up. Did Jesus resurrect Himself? Or was it the Father? And has it been written any where else in the Bible that Jesus’ physical body is described as the temple of God?
I had these ideas a couple years ago, about the sign of the Son of Man, and in three days I will raise it up. And i found this Medical Doctor from Montreal who wrote a good note about the three days and the Body of Christ.
From Yves I-Bing Cheng, M.D., M.A.
"And this thing that Jesus is going to raise up, what is it? Are we still talking about the temple or is it something else? Because the passage goes on to say in v. 21 that what He will raise up in three days is His body. The Jews therefore said, "It took forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?" But He was speaking of the temple of His body (vv. 20-21).
Now we are beginning to lose the connection. Jesus is on fire for the house of God. The house of God is the temple which took forty-six years for Herod the Great to rebuild. The Lord says, ‘Let it be destroyed and in three days, I will raise it up.’ ‘It’, being what? Logically, it should be the temple. Yet, in v. 21, it says that Jesus was referring to His body. And the next verse tells us that when the disciples saw the resurrection of Jesus, they remembered what He said – that He spoke of the resurrection of His body on the third day.
Are we to suppose, then, that by the statement ‘I will raise it up on the third day’, it means that Jesus is going to rise from the dead? If that is the case, does it mean that His zeal for God’s house is a zeal for His own resurrection, since the temple is His body? Remember v. 21, He was speaking of the temple of His body. Something seems to be wrong here. If you feel that way, you are right. But what is wrong?
Here are some of the problems. First of all, the notion that Jesus’ physical body is the temple of God is not found in the Bible. There is no passage in the Scriptures that says this. We have a verse in 1Corinthians 6:19 where the apostle Paul declares that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. But nowhere in the Bible is there a verse that says that Jesus’ body is the temple of God.
Also, notice that v. 19 is in the active tense. ‘I will raise it up. I, Jesus, will raise it up.’ The Bible never says that Jesus raised Himself up from the dead. The raising of Jesus from the dead is always in the passive tense. We have an example of this in v. 22. When therefore He was raised from the dead… When Jesus was raised, then the disciples recognized what He meant.
So in v. 19, the sentence is in the active tense. ‘I will raise it up.’ But in v. 22, it is in the passive. ‘He was raised from the dead.’ It seems that we are talking about two different things. What is it that He will raise up? What is this body? What is this temple that He is concerned about?
I'm not saying that these three days of Purim are going to be the Rapture, but you never know until you know.
I'm still stuck on the three days.
But i would be worried to say that the three days, are the three days of the Easter weekend, for fear that something could happen before that. Something might happen at anytime.
The angel seems to be changing the subject, before the subject begins.
“Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky?
"This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into heaven.”
Did Mary speak to the same angel? And ask where our Lord had been taken?
“They have taken my Lord away,” she said, “and I don’t know where they have put him.” He asked her, “Woman, why are you crying?
"Who is it you are looking for?”
"Thinking he was the gardener, she said, “Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him.”
“why do you stand HERE looking into the SKY? "This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into heaven.”
Jesus couldn't be touched until He had ascended to the Father.
THEN He could come back again and let doubting Thomas touch His wounds during the forty days.
In the same way you have seen Him go into Heaven, why stand looking into the sky?
He bent over and LOOKED in at the strips of linen lying there but did not go in.
Then Simon Peter came along behind him and went straight into the tomb.
He SAW the strips of linen lying there, as well as the cloth that had been wrapped around Jesus’ head.
Finally the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, also went inside.
He SAW and believed.
"Don't hold on to me, because I haven't yet ascended to the Father.

A Super Moon Total Solar Eclipse
A Complete Guide to the March 20th 2015 Total Solar Eclipse
The first of two eclipse seasons for the year is upon us this month, and kicks off with the only total solar eclipse for 2015 on Friday, March 20th.
And what a bizarre eclipse it is. Not only does this eclipse begin just 15 hours prior to the March equinox marking the beginning of astronomical spring in the northern hemisphere, but the shadow of totality also beats path through the high Arctic and ends over the North Pole.
How rare is a total solar eclipse on the vernal equinox? Well, the last total solar eclipse on the March equinox occurred back in 1662 on March 20th.
The March 20th eclipse also occurs only a day after lunar perigee, which falls on March 19th at 19:39 UT. This is also one of the closer lunar perigees for 2015 at 357,583 kilometres distant, though the maximum duration of totality for this eclipse is only 2 minutes and 47 seconds just northeast of the Faroe Islands.
What would it look like to sit at the North Pole and watch a total solar eclipse on the first day of Spring? It would be a remarkable sight, as the disk of the Sun skims just above the horizon for the first time since the September 2014 equinox. Does this eclipse occur at sunrise or sunset as seen from the pole? It would be a rare spectacle indeed!
This was the eclipse that nobody saw. But if one was in a boat at the location of the North Pole at this time, they would be expecting to see the sun rise for the first time since September 2014. And they would, but it would rise as a TOTAL solar eclipse. And that is where it ended. A sun turned into darkness.
"And this rare combination is calculated to not occur again for many thousands of years.
From the sun turned into darkness, until the first supermoon of our triad was 1404 days.
From the sun turned into darkness, until the second supermoon of our triad was 1433 days.
From the sun turned into darkness, until the third supermoon of our triad was 1462 days.
From the sun turned into darkness, until the full moon of Passover 2019 will be 1492 days.
"For the Goodman is not at home, He is gone a long journey: He hath taken a bag of money with Him, and will come home at the full moon.
In 1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue.
There were four blood moons and God was opening up a new continent. The "earth" would be made ready to help the "woman" and become a a place prepared by God.
Peaceful Sabbath.

These are the “last important days” before the ending of the 70th year of Israel returning to their land. Yes, yes there are indeed other feast days for the remainder of 2019 (and we could indeed be around to see them celebrated).
BUT as the title says “Time is a ticking” … and well it may be running out on those who proclaim
[2Peter 3:4] “Where is his promised return? For ever since our ancestors died, all things have continued as they were from the beginning of creation.”
This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you SAW him go into heaven.”
"This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you SAW him go into heaven.”
The same "WAY" that the angels are talking about, might NOT be HIM coming on the clouds of heaven, coming down from the sky..
Why? Because they seem to be disqualifying the idea of looking into heaven.
"And while they were gazing into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white robes, and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven?
Why look into heaven?
Why do you stand here looking into heaven???
They MUST be talking about something else, another way. Another way that these same disciples have seen Him go into heaven.
Can: "Will come in the SAME way", be not only a reference to the timing of His departure, but a hint into the timing of His Second Coming?
My read counts three times that Jesus was taken away from His disciples. Two of those times He returned to heaven. On Thursday night after the last supper, Jesus was arrested and taken from the disciples. In Acts 1, Jesus ascended back into heaven and a cloud took him out of their sight.
But my read has Jesus also taken from them another time, which i count as the second time in the chronology. This was on Resurrection Sunday morning. And that's the time i'm concerned about right now. In John's version of the Gospel, Jesus told Mary not to touch Him on Sunday morning because He had not yet ascended to the Father.
"Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
It's clear to me that He is telling her that He HAS to ascend to the Father first, before He can be touched, or even have a visit with His disciples. And after what they had all been through, we just know how much they all must have wanted to see each other again.
Eight days latter there had been a definite change. Jesus would now openly invite Thomas to reach out and to touch Him, to feel His wounds so that Thomas would believe. I think Jesus made a trip to heaven, to His Father's Throne on Resurrection Sunday morning, and then returned that same evening to visit His disciples.
But did these disciples actually SEE this same Jesus taken from them, taken into heaven?
Mary ran to Peter and John and told them:
“They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid him.”
Then both Peter and John looked in at the empty tomb and saw, they had both seen the burial cloths, but no Jesus.
"And stooping to look in, he saw the linen cloths lying there, but he did not go in. Then Simon Peter came, following him, and went into the tomb. He saw the linen cloths lying there, and the face cloth, which had been on Jesus’ head, not lying with the linen cloths but folded up in a place by itself. Then the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, also went in, and he saw and believed;
They LOOKED, but they SAW no Jesus. This same Jesus had been taken from them again, but this time snatched away to the Father and to God's Throne.
And they would KNOW this, they would perceive it, because Mary would come to TELL them what the Lord had said to her about not being touched until He had ascended back to heaven.
"But go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
"Will come back in the same way you have SEEN Him go into heaven
Why stand HERE gazing up at the sky?
Seen = Theaomai 2300
(from tháomai, "to gaze at a spectacle") – properly, gaze on (contemplate) as a spectator; to observe intently,
especially to interpret something (grasp its significance); to see (concentrate on) so as to significantly impact (influence)the viewer.
To contemplate, interpret, to grasp its significance.
Equivalent to (Latinconspicio) to perceive.
When Mary returned back to the disciples that morning, she would have certainly told them how she spoke with Jesus and what He said to her. He had to ascend to the Father, back to heaven. Right away.
"will come back in the same way you have SEEN Him go into heaven.
Can that be meaning He will come back on the three day holy weekend that ends with Easter Sunday?
The angels must be talking about something else, something more. Look again at the Ascension in Acts.
"He was lifted up while they were looking on, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.
It sounds quiet and peaceful. Like He just floated up and disappeared in a cloud.
No shouts of an archangel or LOUD trumpet calls of God. No earthquakes or sharp swords or lightning or power and glory and army of angels or great wine presses and lake of fires.
This is why i speculate the angels are insinuating something else. Maybe they are hinting at, not the method, but the timing of this same Jesus' return.
Three day weekend coming up soon:
"After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight"
How it's written in the text of this note isn't as good as how i SEE it, or perceive it, in my minds eye.
Can you SEE what i'm saying?
But whether or not it's Bona fide, remains to be SEEN.
I think the returning in the clouds sounds like the second coming - when all will see Him including the Jews who had pierced Him.
But maybe you are on to something.
Watched a video today that was made a year ago, I think. It mentioned the four cups at Passover remembering the passage in Exodus 6:6-8
"I will bring" His people out of Egypt, the first Passover. "I will deliver" into the Promised land with Joshua, and they celebrated Passover. "I will redeem" with His blood at Passover. "I will take" His people? At Passover?
I think we are the edge of something big, whatever it means.
I think the returning in the clouds sounds like the second coming - when all will see Him including the Jews who had pierced Him.
But ALL are NOT going to see Him at the second coming. Especially those who pierced Him. The wicked dead, will still be dead, until the thousand years are finished. The rest of the dead's eyes will still be closed at the second coming. Dreadful sorry Clementine.
Let me ask you this, do you think that Jesus made an ascension to Heaven on Resurrection Sunday?, And then returned back that same day to Earth to visit the disciples for 40 days? And then made the trip again in Acts back up to Heaven? And if so how long would it take? How long would a round trip to Heaven and back to Earth take? Is it feasible?
Why stand HERE looking into Heaven? IF that IS the same WAY that the TWO men in white robes are talking about. Because if it IS, then we should be looking into the Heavens. Why would they be telling us not to? And were they really two men? The same two at the mount of transfiguration?
Think about this.
At the second coming He will DESCEND with the trumpet call of God and the shout of an archangel.
When He ASCENDED in Acts, was there a trumpet call of God and the shout of an arch angel?
Did the sky recede like a scroll?
So then, why stand HERE looking into Heaven, IF this same Jesus will return in the SAME way?
Unless they are talking about another way, the TIMING of the way. The timing of his return.
I think the angels are tricky. I think they're talking about TWO things at once. They did this before in Daniel 8. It's like the hand is quicker than the eye, like the shell game. I think that they're hiding something in plain sight.
LOOK AT THIS, while they tell us about something else at the same time. Not a dual prophecy, a simultaneous prophecy. Out of one of them, the four winds of Heaven, came a little horn. Who understands riddles.
I like you, Dave. I don't always understand you, but I am glad you are here.
I'll do some reading and thinking and get back to you. You raise some interesting questions...ones that I don't think I can answer, but it gets me digging into Scripture and that's always a good thing.
Is 26:3 You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.
Let me ask you this then, based on John 20, did Jesus make two Ascensions? One on Resurrection Sunday, the other 40 days latter in Bethany?
I think that He did. I always thought so. Because He wouldn't let Mary Magdalene touch Him. Because He had to ascend to the Father first. And He says to her to go tell the disciples that He will see them latter.
Then 8 days latter, Jesus invited Thomas to touch Him, to touch His wounds so that Thomas would believe. Blessed are the ones who believe without seeing the wounds.
And I did a good google on it, it's about a 50/50 split on the people who see it.
Here is a good note on it by Hank at stackexchange that was called: "an excellent explanation of why Jesus MIGHT have ascended on Resurrection day, and been reluctant to be involved in Earthly affairs.
Did Jesus ascend to Heaven twice?
IMO Jesus ascended after talking with Mary and before meeting the brothers in Galilee.
The whole picture of the sacrifices and offerings and the feasts days in the OT are a picture of the Messiah.
During the Passover week (days of Unleavened Bread) the Lord told the Jews to do this. After sunset ending the regular Sat. Sabbath the High Priest went to the field and cut enough barley to make an omer (1/10 of an ephah) for an offering to the God of the firstfruits of the harvest. This was called the 'Wave Offering'.
Very early the next morning on the first day of the week they beat the barley grain off the stalk and cleaned it of chaff, purifying it. Then the High Priest lifted up the bowl containing the omer of barley and brought back down. Jesus was the Firstfruits of the Resurrection. I believe that as the High Priest cut the stalks loose from the ground Jesus was Resurrected shortly after sunset on the Sat. Sabbath which would have been the beginning of the first day of the week for the Jews.
Then Mary sees Him. "say to them, I ascend to My Father". As the High Priest lifted up the omer of barley as a firstfruits offering, Jesus ascended to His Father as the Firstfruits offering of the Resurrection.
I think Jerusalem time is 7 hours ahead of Detroit/Toronto. That means if the sun rises at 6:30 Sunday in Jerusalem, it's 11:30 Saturday night our time.
I better double check that.

Psa 125:2
As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people, from this time forth and forevermore.
Psa 79:1
A Psalm of Asaph. O God, the nations have come into your inheritance; they have defiled your holy temple; they have laid Jerusalem in ruins.
And I will raise it up again
I'm seeing the Hebrew Couplets again.
Psa 24:7
Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.
The "gates", and the "ancient doors' are the same things. It's a couplet.
Psa 79:1
O God, the nations have come into your inheritance; they have defiled your holy temple; they have laid Jerusalem in ruins.
Like how "holy temple" and "Jerusalem" are the same things here.
Is Jerusalem, the New Jerusalem of Revelation, God's Holy Temple?
"Know therefore and understand that from the going out of the word to restore and build Jerusalem to the coming of an anointed one, a prince, there shall be seven weeks. Seven weeks, seven "sevens". Until Messiah the Prince.
A command to restore and to rebuild Jerusalem?
Is this not a command to restore Jerusalem, the New Jerusalem?
Why did it need to be restored, or a place prepared for us?
"Destroy this temple, and I will raise it up again in three days.
And if so, would this not be the ultimate command to restore and to rebuild it?
He went there to prepare a place, to restore a place, for us.
Because then WAS the time for the prince of this world to be CAST OUT.
"Now judgment is upon this world; now the prince of this world will be cast out. . - John 12:31
On resurrection Sunday, Jesus had to ascend to His Father, and to our Father, first. He couldn't let Mary touch Him until He first made a trip to New Jerusalem, and that's when the war in Heaven broke out. New Jerusalem is big, 1500 miles in all directions, but it's not big enough for Lucifer and his angels to live in with Resurrected Jesus there. Not after they crucified the Lord of glory during Holy Week.
"Now war arose in heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon. And the dragon and his angels fought back,
"But he was defeated, and there was no longer any place for them in heaven.
"So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
War arose in Heaven. And his angels were cast out with him. And no longer was any place found for them in New Jerusalem.
This was a big step in preparing a place for us. The Sanctuary had to be cleared out, the real Temple, the True Tent, had to be cleansed and restored to it's rightful state. But now New Jerusalem is a third empty. Now New Jerusalem needs to be restored and rebuilt. New Jerusalem needs to be repopulated with the Body of Christ. And where is the command to do that? IS there a command to do that? Could it have come from Jesus Himself?
"Destroy this temple, and I will raise it up again in three days.
Jesus' birth, death, and resurrection, after three days and nights in the heart of the earth, was the qualifier in my view, that would guarantee that His People would one day be raised up again as well. We have passed from death, into life. It's a done deal. When this finally takes place, our numbers, the numberless multitude, will restore the New Jerusalem to it's rightful state. In three days He will raise it up. Our re-population of New Jerusalem will restore and rebuild God's Ultimate Sanctuary of worshipers both in spirit and in truth.
"I will raise up your offspring after you, who shall come from your body, and I will establish his kingdom.
""I will raise up your offspring after you, one of your own sons, and I will establish his kingdom.
"Speak to the Israelites and say to them: "When you enter the land I am going to give you and you reap its harvest, bring to the priest a sheaf of the first grain [or firstfruits] you harvest. He is to wave the sheaf before the LORD so it will be accepted on your behalf; the priest is to wave it on the day after the Sabbath."
Jesus was the firstfruits. Raised up on Sunday morning, the day AFTER the Sabbath, and accepted by the Father on our behalf. Jesus ascended to His Father as the firstfruits offering of the Resurrection on Sunday morning. Is this not why He told Mary not to touch Him, but that He would meet with the disciples latter?
"From the day after the Sabbath, the day you brought the sheaf of the wave offering, count off seven full weeks. Count off fifty days up to the day after the seventh Sabbath, and then present an offering of new grain to the LORD.
This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come, wherever you live.
"From the going out of the word to restore and build Jerusalem to the coming of an anointed one, a prince, there shall be seven weeks.
THEN present an offering of NEW Grain to the LORD. New Grain for New Jerusalem? Can we, the Body of Christ, be the New Grain?
Offered seven Sundays after the Sabbath?
If this is a decree, Then it comes from the highest authority. In three days HE will raise it up.
Three times in John 6:
"And I will raise him up on the last day.”
"And I will raise him up on the last day.”
"And I will raise him up on the last day.”
Lift Up Your Heads, Ye Mighty Gates
Lift up your heads, ye mighty gates; Behold, the King of glory waits; The King of kings is drawing near; The Savior of the world is here!
A Helper just He comes to thee, His chariot is humility, His kingly crown is holiness, His scepter, pity in distress.
O blest the land, the city blest, Where Christ the Ruler is confessed! O happy hearts and happy homes To whom this King in triumph comes!
Fling wide the portals of your heart; Make it a temple, set apart From earthly use for heaven's employ, Adorned with prayer and love and joy.
Redeemer, come, with us abide; Our hearts to Thee we open wide; Let us Thy inner presence feel; Thy grace and love in us reveal.
Thy Holy Spirit lead us on Until our glorious goal is won; Eternal praise, eternal fame Be offered, Savior, to Thy Name!

EnochWalked: data.bls.gov/timeseries/JTS000000000000000LDR Since the start of 2021, the "Layoffs and discharges" rate has hit 1.2 on only 3 occasions: Jan-2023, Mar-2023, and Sep-2024 (which is the most recent month for which there are data). 3/45 months.

EnochWalked: So next month we may see if 1.2 is the "new normal" (actually a reversion to the levels seen before the pandemic), or if the numbers are starting to creep up. Ignoring 2020, the level only reached 1.4 twice in the past 10 years (both in 2015).
