I sat down with coffee in a comfy spot and read this article. Of all things, this is what got my attention first: As of late, when reading Isaiah like a book, beginning to end, it flows in this brilliant metaphorical (Spiritual) depiction of Christ as if it is expounding on the bringing in of the Kingdom on earth as depicted in Revelation. Christ as the center, of course, but this process and defining of the nations, and peoples, the judgements against them, and these harvest depictions and plant metaphors, it is absolutely so brilliant that truly only God could write such a book as Isaiah.
Not all the chapters are 'easy" to "see" the mosaic picture (a picture or pattern produced by arranging together small colored pieces of hard material, such as stone, tile, or glass.) This article is truly a big help, bringing in a lesson in Hebrew language which is always fun.
Getting back to the quote above, I have always cherished this forum for many of us here are seeking, asking, and knocking on His door for the answers. I truly believe the Holy Spirit helps each one of us to understand His Word by His timing.
Amen to Jeff's article!
