“16For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18Therefore encourage one another with these words” 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
The shadow of this is played out in Psalms 17 and 18
Psalm 17:15 ends with the dead in Christ rising first
“As for me, I shall behold your face in righteousness; when I awake, I shall be satisfied with your likeness.”
Psalm 18 is all about those who are alive when the cloudy day comes and when God calls us up to meet Him from on high and we are delivered and brought into a broad place (the Fathers house)
“16He sent from on high, he took me; he drew me out of many waters. 17He rescued me from my strong enemy and from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me. 18They confronted me in the day of my calamity, but the LORD was my support. 19He brought me out into a broad place; he rescued me, because he delighted in me.” Psalm 18:16-19
The word of God is simply amazing! The layers of the word of God are infinite! Who can exhaust it?

Praise the LORD! Lord willing the new teaching will be up tonight. It will follow this outline:
Psalm 17:15=The dead in Christ rising first
Psalm 18-25 is a picture of the tribulation
Psalm 18=those who are alive at the time when the rapture happens! It's all about God coming in the clouds and raining down hailstones and fire; while rescuing the saints and bringing us into a large place (the Fathers house)
Psalm 19-24=tribulation years with lots of types and shadows being played out.
Psalm 25=The end of the tribulation. It ends with the salvation of Israel. The 22 verses in the chapter equal the 22 Hebrew letters . The final verse is equal to the final letter which is the tav, it is the sign of the redemption of Israel at the end of the tribulation
Psalm 26 = the 1,000 year reign of Christ. 12 verses = 12 tribes of Israel.
Psalm 27:1=eternity! No more fear!
Can't wait to share this teaching later on! God is good all the time! Amen and God bless you!

New Teaching is up! A shadow of the 6,000 years of human history is seen in 1 Samuel 3.
When the 6,000 years are finished God will do a thing in Israel that will tingle the ears of everyone who hears it.
Habakkuk heard about the thing that God would do to Israel at the end of 6,000 years and he recorded it in chapter 3 of his book.
This video shows another one of His innumerable threads that He has woven into the tapestry of His awesome word to tell the story of His coming to make all things right forever and ever! Amen!

“Wail like a virgin wearing sackcloth for the bridegroom of her youth.” Joel 1:8
The foolish virgins left behind! They missed the bridegroom when He came! Now they are dressed in sackcloth!
The time that they missed the bridegroom was when the barley and wheat harvest was taking place!
“Be ashamed, o farmers, Wail, o vinedressers, for the wheat and the barley; Because the harvest of the field is destroyed.” Joel 1:11
The barley harvest is represented during the Passover feast! The wheat harvest is represented by the feast of Pentecost! The resurrection of Yeshua was the first fruits which happened during Passover on the feast of first fruits. Which was the offering of the first fruits of the barley harvest.
The resurrection also has an order.
“But there is an order to this resurrection: Christ was raised as the first of the harvest; then all who belong to Christ will be raised when He comes back.” 1 Corinthians 15:23
The next order in the harvest season is the Wheat harvest! After the wheat harvest comes the grape/fig harvest! The grape/fig harvest doesn’t come till fall time when the last 3 feasts of Trumpets, Yom Kippur, and Tabernacles will be fulfilled.
But the church is always compared to wheat. Look at this:
“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.” John 12:24
Unless we die to ourselves by repenting of our sins and confessing Christ as Lord we will not bear fruit that is pleasing to the Lord. Therefore when Yeshua comes for the fruit of the wheat harvest He will be looking for grains of wheat that have produced fruit that springs into everlasting life!
Likewise when Yeshua gave the parable of the sower in Matthew 13 He said this about the harvest:
“Let both grow together until the harvest. And at harvest time I will tell the reapers, “Gather the weeds first and bind them in bundles to be burned, but gather the wheat into my barn.” Matthew 13:30
We see the same scene of Matthew 13:30 playing out in Revelation 14:14-20
In Revelation 14 the Lord gathers His wheat into His barn when the first angel tells Him to cast His sickle into the earth and reap! That is the church! That is the wheat harvest!
The 2nd angel then calls the 3rd angel and tells the 3rd angel to gather all those who are left behind (the bundles of weeds in Matthew 13:30) and cast them into the fire of the tribulation period. In Revelation 14 those who are left behind are now considered grapes because the final harvest is the grape harvest and it will come at the end of the 7 year tribulation when Yeshua fulfills the fall festivals when He returns at the battle of Armageddon with the Church following Him on white horses.
One more parallel to the wheat harvest is found in 1 Samuel 6 when the ark of the Lord returns to Israel after being captured by the philistines!
“Now the people of Beth Shemesh were reaping their wheat in the valley; and they lifted their eyes and saw the ark, and rejoiced to see it. Then the cart came into the field of Joshua of Beth Shemesh, and stood there; a large stone was there. So they split the wood of the cart and offered the cows as a burnt offering to the LORD.” 1 Samuel 6:13-14
We see that the ark upon its return comes at the time of wheat harvest! And the first place the cart stops is in the field of Joshua! Joshua in Hebrew means “the LORD is salvation”! The same name of JESUS! Thus the return of the ark to Israel is connected to JESUS!
We see this in Revelation 11:19! It is When the ark is seen again! Only this time the ark that is seen is the ark in heaven! This comes at the time of the rapture! When the temple in heaven is opened! And once the temple in heaven is opened the ark of God in heaven is seen because the LORD of salvation (Yeshua) has come on the clouds to reap the wheat harvest of the Church while simultaneously raining down heavy hail on the earth, producing the greatest earthquake in human history, with lightning, thunders, and noises accompanying the cloudy day which begins the time of Jacobs trouble!
Those left behind will Wail and put on sackcloth because they missed the bridegroom! The barley and wheat harvest will have passed! Now those who are left behind must resist the Beast by not worshipping him and by refusing his mark. Then they will be part of the final grape harvest which comes at the end of the 7 year tribulation!
Lord willing I will do a video shortly to go over this teaching more thoroughly. God is good! Amen!

Shabbat shalom! New teaching is up! The resurrection has an order according to 1 Corinthians 15:23! Therefore the season when the LORD will come like a thief in the night can be discerned by studying the Bible. The day or hour can't be known, but the times and seasons will be known if you are watching and praying as a child of the light! But the question is are you a child of the light? Amen.

Praise the Lord for another opportunity to preach the gospel at The Church of Yeshua Ha Mashiach! "Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning" is the message! The time is short! We need to have oil in your lamps if we want to be ready to meet the Bridegroom! Amen!

hello, brother doyouwant2go2heaven. love the passion and scripture upon scripture references that you put forth! Help me if I am missing something, but what of the first angel in Rev 14: 4... These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These have been purchased from among men as first fruits to God and to the Lamb. 5And no lie was found in their mouth; they are blameless. 6And I saw another angel flying in midheaven, having an eternal gospel to preach to those who live on the earth, and to every nation and tribe and tongue and people; 7and he said with a loud voice, “Fear God, and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come; worship Him who made the heaven and the earth and sea and springs of waters.”
8And another angel, a second one, followed, saying, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, she who has made all the nations drink of the wine of the passion of her immorality.” 9Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11“And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” 12Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.
and then we see the reaping of a wheat and a grape... I totally get in Revelation where there is a statement made and then a followup statement made with more detail.
My question is how do you circle the square on verse 4 of 14? So the 144,000 witnesses are the Barley Harvest? Are these people that were resurrected with Christ at his Resurrection? I haven't thought of them having being sealed with Christ at His resurrection (refer to Matthew when dead bodies came out of the tombs)
It sounds like the sealing of the witnesses happens later into the seals opening up, so it being part of the Rapture/Barley harvest that is about to come.
Just asking, because it looks like based on the Wheat harvest of the 2nd angel that that happens after the fall of mystery babylon, and those that have taken the mark of the beast is clearer, defining them as drinking of the cup of the wrath of wine of God..
Just needed clarification...
Maranatha!

Blessings Barbiosheepgirl! Thanks for the encouragement and the question. As for the answer there are multiple layers to it but the short answer is that they represent the dead in Christ when He comes.
1. The 144,000 are mentioned in Revelation 7 and 14. Both times they are mentioned they are connected with the rapture. So both chapters are needed to get the full understanding. Revelation 7 is the overview of the scene while Revelation 14 is the follow up with more details about how everything plays out on the cloudy day. Also in Revelation 7 the angel who ascends from the east and cries out to the 4 angels (4 living creatures around the throne of God) who hold the winds (which are the first 4 seals) to not hurt the earth until the 144,000 are sealed is what has been happening for the last 2,000 years. Once the full number is sealed the tribulation begins. Chapter 8 is when the tribulation begins and harm comes to the earth. Chapter 8 is also a continuation of the ritual that is taking place in heaven in Revelation 7 which opens the temple.
-In Revelation 7 the angel who ascends from the east with the seal of the living God is the heavenly reality of what takes place in Leviticus 16 when the High Priest comes into the holy of holies from the east and sprinkles blood eastward on the mercy seat 7 times. The angel in Revelation 7 seals the 144,000 with the Holy Spirit because they have been atoned for by the blood of Christ. The 144,000 represent the dead in Christ. And they will be raised first.
-In Revelation 8 the scene continues with another angel finishing the ritual with the altar of incense. The same thing that also takes place in Leviticus 16. When the angel in Revelation 8 finishes the atonement ritual the temple in heaven opens and thus the 144,000 are all sealed and the rapture happens.
2. The order of the resurrection in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 is that the dead in Christ rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the LORD in the air and so shall we ever be with the LORD. Revelation 7 and 14 is showing the order played out and the 144,000 represent the dead in Christ. Hence why they always appear first before the great multitude appears.
-In Revelation 7 the 144,000 appear while the seal of God is going out and before any harm can come on the earth. (Remember harm only comes on the earth when the tribulation begins) -Once they are sealed the Great Multitude appears in heaven which means that the cloudy day has come because the rapture has occurred. -The dead were raised first (symbolic of the 144,000) and then those who are alive also appeared in heaven right after.
3. The great multitude that appear in heaven are those who are alive on the day when the cloudy day comes. Those who will be raptured and will never experience death.
4. In Revelation 14 when the Lamb is on Mount Zion with the 144,000 it is another picture of the dead in Christ rising first. Then those who are alive when the cloudy day happens are seen next when the harvest of the earth comes later on down in chapter 14. But again it's reading just like how the resurrection is suppose to take place. The dead in Christ rise first and then we are alive get caught up next. But it all happens instantaneously. And it's all part of the wheat harvest. Which is the body of Christ. The man child being born who Satan tries to devour but gets kicked out of heaven at the same time along with 1/3 of his angels to begin the tribulation period.
5. It helps to read all 7 seals together. And then read Revelation 7 and Revelation 8 together. But just remember that the 7 seals are manifested on the earth when the temple in heaven is opened which also coincides with the first 4 trumpets being blown and the 7 thunders being spoken.
-The temple in heaven is opened when Revelation 8:5 happens -When Revelation 8:5 happens the 144,000 appear on Mount Zion, the Great Multitude appear in heaven, The 7 thunders speak, The 7 seals are manifested, First 4 trumpets are blown, greatest earthuake in human history occurs, hail stones and coals of fire rain down on earth, Babylon the Great is destroyed, Gog and Magog destroyed, Satan and his angels thrown out of heaven, Tribulation begins.
6. So again I see the 144,000 as being "Symbolic" of the total number of dead in Christ. They represent the dead in Christ of the whole house of Israel with 144,000 being symbolic of that sum total.
7. Taking into account how the resurrection occurs, dead rise first and then those who are alive, and comparing the order of the resurrection to what is taking place in Revelation 7 and Revelation 14 it parallels. The 144,000 represent those who died in Christ and then you see those who are alive in Christ when the rapture comes.
While the number 144,000 could be literal, and might be another layer of interpretation, i see it more as a symbolic number that symbolizes God's power and authority. Hence why when the 144,000 are sealed the tribulation begins. The total number of the body of Christ is ready for the marriage supper. The virgins are ready to meet the bridegroom! The dead are raised first and then we who are alive and remain will be caught up right after! I hope my explanation was coherent. Please ask questions if what I said doesn't make sense.
God bless you and I love you. Amen.

I know what you’ve presented here is a view held by many, but after reading the article below, I feel pretty convinced that the tribulation begins with Jesus opening the first seal and that we are in heaven to see it. Greg makes a pretty good case that the raptured church MUST be the 24 elders who are in heaven from the beginning. www.alittlestrength.com/articles/2017/1711-elders-revisited.htm

I know what you’ve presented here is a view held by many, but after reading the article below, I feel pretty convinced that the tribulation begins with Jesus opening the first seal and that we are in heaven to see it. Greg makes a pretty good case that the raptured church MUST be the 24 elders who are in heaven from the beginning. www.alittlestrength.com/articles/2017/1711-elders-revisited.htmBlessings Witness1. Thank you for sharing the article. Lots of jam packed info in there. I always thought of the 24 elders as the "ancients" who were raised from the dead when Christ rose from the dead. "And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many." Matthew 27:51-53 That's why John saw them already in heaven and already crowned when he was given the revelation some 60 years after that event had taken place on earth. In the way God works and can do anything, I have no problem with God being able to rapture us and still allow us to see how it all takes place when we are in heaven. Meaning us being there when the 1st seal opens. My whole position is how everything works on earth. And from our earthly perspective when the temple in heaven is opened this is what will happen if you are not caught up in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, and at the last trump: Jesus Christ comes out of the temple on the clouds and: 1. The whole 7 sealed scroll will be revealed 2. The first 4 trumpets will blow 3. The greatest earthquake in human history will occur 4. The 7 thunders will speak 5. Hail stones and Coals of fire will rain down on the planet, each weighing about 100 pounds causing men to blaspheme the name of God for the plague of the hail for it will be exceedingly great. 6. The devil and all his angels will be kicked out of heaven. 7. Babylon the Great will be totally destroyed. 8. Gog and Magog will be utterly defeated; with only 1/6th of the army remaining. 9. The topography of the earth will be changed as Isaiah 24 describes 10. The 3 angels from Revelation 14 will come out of the temple. All the above occurs on the cloudy day. It's a day of perplexity according to Isaiah. "For it is a day of trouble, and of treading down, and of perplexity by the Lord GOD of hosts in the valley of vision, breaking down the walls, and of crying to the mountains." Isaiah 22:5 Breaking down the walls and crying to the mountains is what happens in the 6th seal. The whole 7 sealed scroll is unleashed on the day the temple in heaven is opened. Everything happens instantly for the redeemed. But for those left behind it will be the sum of all fears! Because Isaiah also says that the fear, the pit, and the snare will be upon all those left behind. Why? Because the windows from on high will be opened (the temple in heaven opened) and the foundations of the earth will shake (the greatest earthquake in human history). It's just a total day of trouble and desolation. Words can't describe how awful the cloudy day is if you are left behind. It's just terrible. 1 out of every 4 people on the planet who is left behind will die on that day. Just like the 4th seal says. It's absolute destruction. Then the antichrist will appear once the dust settles and make a covenant with many for 1 week which will then begin the tribulation. Amen. So again I am not against the thought that when the temple in heaven is opened and we are raptured that somehow God will also allow us to see it take place once in heaven. I mean He is God. He can do anything and it will all make sense. I will not put God in a box. No way. He's the Almighty. Amen. And if the church is the 24 elders, praise God! It's all a win-win to me! God did it all! Hallelujah! If the 24 elders aren't the "ancients" who were raised in Matthew 27, my question would be is why would one of the elders ask the rhetorical question to John about the "great multitude" who appeared in heaven? God included it in the book of Revelation for a reason. And the great multitude appear right after the 144,000 so the rapture is connected because they came out of the great tribulation. But God is good. Hallelujah!

I'm flexible when it comes to who the 144,000 are, who the 24 elders are, and who the great multitude are. The particulars of each group are fascinating to think about and discuss. I believe that the Bible teaches that all 3 groups are in heaven when the temple in heaven opens. That's my firm position. None of those 3 groups will be on the earth to experience any of the effects of the cloudy day judgments. Just to clarify I believe that the
24 elders = the "ancients" who were raised when Christ rose from the dead and He led captivity captive by emptying out Abrahams bosom.
144,000 = symbolic of the dead in Christ who are raised first at the time of the rapture.
Great multitude = those who are alive at the time of the rapture.
Again I believe All 3 groups are in heaven when the rapture occurs. But I am flexible as to who they may be. And i'm sure there are layers to the meaning as well. The 144,000 could also be literal as another layer of interpretation. I am open to it. I just believe that they are all in heaven when the cloudy day comes. That's my dogmatic position. Amen.
