A friend of us is very sick.
He's got some very malignant form of squamous carcinoma.
He will undergo a surgery next week, today he described the procedure to us.
The surgery will last about 15 hours.
It is gruesome, also the time after the surgery.
He will very likely have to learn again how to speak and much more.
I spare you more details.
I don't know for sure if he is saved.
But I know, our God is awesome and can do everything.
I also believe, that we may ask our Lord Jesus to heal him.
A wonder would turn his environment upside down and give God glory, because most of his friends and his acquaintances are nonbelievers.
Please pray for healing and peace in his heart, that he feels save and secure in the hands of our God.

Praying for your friend my dear brother! I know what this is like to have someone you love go through brain surgery and the resultant trauma. Peace for your friend and to God be the glory

Update:
The medical preliminary examination went well and the doctors said, that he is in very good condition for the surgery. Praise the Lord!
The surgery started today a few hours ago and will last some 15 hours.

Praise our Lord Jesus Christ! Just received message, that things are going far better than expected. He is just recovering and even able to communicate and to speak! Thank you again so much for all your prayers! We have a great God. All glory belongs to HIM! Praise God! I'll be curious to know if/when there is any update on the cancer (if they seem to have gotten all of it with the surgery). -Gary |

Thank you for asking, Gary, forgot to mention it. They said, they got all of the cancer with the surgery and the cancer had not spread yet! |
