It is very interesting that the State of the Union is tonight in light of all we have learned about this Purple Moon and the timeline beginning on 2/2. I thought I would go ahead and create a thread because there will probably be a lot to discuss tonight, and I also think we should be in prayer today. A friend of mine, whose husband works in military security in DC, texted this morning and said, "the state of the union security would appreciate it's own security in prayer coverage if you know what I mean." I know our armed forces are bearing a lot of weight right now and would appreciate our prayers.

Also, being a vet myself it really does mean a tremendous amount to know people are praying for you. |

Thank you for your service sog! Almost daily I look around at my comfortable, safe, happy life and realize how much I have compared to so many. Homeschooling has me studying our founding fathers this year and reading of the sacrifices of John and Abigail Adams and so many others to begin a country of freedom. And I think about so many who have fought over the years and our own friends who are serving now, and I thank God for so many sacrifices. Instead of seeing America as rich and spoiled, I see God’s grace that by following His command to lay down our lives for our brothers, He has blessed the sacrifices of many and we have lived in freedom and prosperity for a long time. So thank you for your role in that, and I pray God will continue to bless the sacrifices of those who have gone before us and continue serving today. |

So many tear jerking stories. What emerged for me was a clear war between good and evil. So many prayers for the Lord to come quickly and vindicate so many who are suffering.
