Impact craters on Earth

I think man has always had its dating off. I could suggest crators made at the time of the flood perhaps...could astroids have been used to move the earths crust so as to spring forth the waters underneath?

oh and to edit, also could have been happening prior to Genesis 1:14.. this is the verse He made the "stars" (likely including the planets?)  Jupiter than would be able to capture the astroids..

This brings up a huge topic of the number 4.  On the webpage from this, I find interesting the gematria of Damascus is 444!  If there is to be some strange meteor/astroid event it would fit with the undoing of Gen 1:14 in some way...there is a bunch of stuff concerning the number 4...
