I'm not aware of any part of the Bible that makes this claim. What is undeniable is that all angels mentioned are male (whether good or bad). We also have the nephilim who are usually understood to be fallen angels and called the "sons of God" who bred with the "daughters of men." However there are undoubtedly millions of angels and it would seem strange if God made two genders for us and one for them. The other point to consider is that angles may not have a gender in terms of a genital sense, the same way as God, while referred to as He, doesn't have a physical body as the Father and made male and female in his own image, not just one that had something of him that the other one didn't. Jesus is undoubtedly male but was He male in a bodily sense before his birth? Probably not, God existed prior to creation as the Trinity but his creation was space, time and matter so He would seem to exist independently of those things. Although we generally understand that Jesus will live with us through all eternity in a male bodily form. As for angels, they are always described as male as mentioned and probably had a male appearance when people saw them (or otherwise they appeared as something that didn't resemble a human in any way). Seeing angels is one thing I'm looking forward to and I'm sure they'll be nothing like the cherubs pictured in our artwork. They seemed to always say to people "Do not be afraid" which suggested they must be pretty formidable in appearance. Another point about God and gender, I read something about a translation of the Bible that rendered John 3:16 as "For God so loved the world God gave God's only begotten child that whosoever believes in the child should not perish but have everlasting life."
