He's a devout Christian and will be going with us I'm sure. So when it comes out that he's no longer here it will be fodder for jokes, stuck trying to come up with one. He'll probably get some Elvis treatment as well as in people insisting he's still here.

I think its pretty obvious that Chuck is the cinematic embodiment of The Restrainer so when both are removed well then, there you have it.
But if he were still here he would be duty bound to deliver a roundhouse kick to the AC.
