For all those who are waiting anxiously for the rapture, I am writing to offer some encouraging words. I believe the Parable of the Virgins holds the key we need to the timing of the rapture... and it's still to come! Praise God!! I will quote the parable below in Black and put an explanation beneath it in Blue. I'd be interested in hearing any and all feedback.
"At THAT time, the Kingdom of Heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the Bridegroom.
The use of the word "that" in this phrase seems to be a finger pointing to the Second Coming of Christ and the Harvest season of the High Holy Days in the Fall. At this time in world history, 6000 years will have elapsed, and the Bridegroom's arrival will literally be moments away. This is EXACTLY where we are right now BOTH NUMERICALLY AND PROPHETICALLY!
Five of them were Foolish and five were Wise.
The use of the number Five symbolizes God's Grace, having been made available to ALL PEOPLE for 2000 years.
The use of the words Wise and Foolish are symbolic of everyone who believes he has a relationship with the Messiah. However, everyone is NOT worshipping the same GOD. Many are worshipping a different god and following a different gospel. The Bible gives a clear black and white (no middle ground of gray) analysis of who belongs to Him and who does not. The use of these descriptors can be seen throughout the entire New Testament as well as in Proverbs and various passages/Books of the OT.
"Wise" always refers to those who are considered "Just" or "Justified" meaning they have accepted Christ and the gift of salvation (justified); are filled with the Holy Spirit (sanctification); and are waiting to be presented at the Throne in their new bodies (glorification/rapture).
"Fools" are always spoken of as those who lack justification (Christ) and sanctification through the Holy Spirit. More than likely this refers to the Jewish people (Pharisees) who rejected the Messiah as well as all who believe in the co-exist, false religion of political correctness, along with many other false religions we see in existence today.
The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them.
Again, this reference to "fools" indicates these individuals had a religious belief system that never shined THE LIGHT OF CHRIST into A LOST AND DYING WORLD. They had no OIL or HOLY SPIRIT.
The wise ones, however, took oil in their jars along with their lamps.
The reference here is to the story told in 2 Kings 4 where the widow's husband died, leaving her to raise her two sons, with her creditors coming to collect on her debts. IN FAITH, She cries out to Elisha for help and he tells her to go and get as many Jars as she can and fill them with OIL. In righteousness, she OBEYS him and is blessed. Translation: She uses what she has - LIGHT IN HER LAMP to pour OIL (THE HOLY SPIRIT) into JARS OR VESSELS (as many people as possible). Therefore she is BLESSED.
The Bridegroom was a long time in coming and they all became drowsy and fell slept.
Christ's return has been 2000 years in the making. Much of the Church is asleep begging the question of which "church" they belong to, as 6 of the 7 churches the Book of Revelation are NOT spared the 7 year tribulation. Only the Church of Philadelphia (again true born again believers who have Oil in their lamps and are obeying Him).
At MIDNIGHT THE CRY RANG OUT:
Midnight being a reference to RH where the trumpet of alarm is sounded and "the lateness of the hour" proclaimed, i.e., end of 6000 years... After 6 days Jesus took Peter, James and John up onto the Mount of Transfiguration....
Currently we had The Alarm Blasted from the United Nations during the Feast of RH from none other than President TRUMP!
Here's THE BRIDEGROOM!
Reference to Yom Kippur where Jewish men wear seamless white garment (wedding gown attire) symbolic of purification.
COME OUT TO MEET HIM!
Rapture at hand!
Feast of Ingathering... Leviticus 23:39 "Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, WHEN YOU HAVE GATHERED IN THE FRUIT... you shall keep a feast unto the LORD for seven days. The first day shall be a sabbath and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath."
Gather in the fruit... reference to Matthew 13:8, Luke 8:8 - "Still other Seed (Word of God) fell on good soil (soft heart) and produced a crop - some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some one hundred fold (reference to Great Comission). BORN AGAIN BELIEVERS ARE THE FRUIT.
Sabbath.... matching timeframe where Apostle John saw the Glorified Christ on the Isle of Patmos, when he was in the Spirit on "the Sabbath".
Then all of the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. The foolish ones said to the wise, "Give us some of your oil; for our lamps are going out."
Trimmed their wicks.... Repent of sin. Keeping short accounts with God. Foolish go to other people to ask for something only GOD can give them. Perhaps a reference to Jews being provoked to jealousy that they had no oil in their lamps.
The wise virgins replied, "No, for there may not be enough for both of us. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourself."
Go and buy oil from those selling it... reference to Jesus overturning tables in Temple and modern day charlatans "selling" God. Worship of mammon and self-sufficiency rather than trust, reliance, and complete dependence on God.
But, while they were on their way to buy the oil, the Bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet and THE DOOR was shut.
Wise virgins taken as FRUIT GATHERED INTO HEAVEN.
Wedding Feast towards end of Tribulation period.
THE DOOR - reference to Jesus - not just Heaven's Gate - Closed/Inaccessible.
Later the others came as well, saying, "Lord, Lord, open the door for us!"
Cry of all those who missed out due to hard heartedness.
But, He replied, "Truly I say to you, I do not know you."
Foolish virgins will be faced with reality that the god they were worshipping is NOT the true GOD at all.
Therefore, KEEP WATCH.
Warning to true believers. Don't become complacent during His delay.
FOR YOU DO NOT KNOW THE DAY OR THE HOUR.
Reference back to RH for the Battle of Armaggedon and reference to their blindness and inability to perceive the signs of His Second Coming.
Currently, we are in a 5 day period before the Feast of Ingathering begins. This will start on Friday, October 6th. The Harvest Moon will be in Israel on the 5th... it seems only appropriate that at the very last second the FRUIT WILL BE PICKED, WHEN IT IS FULLY RIPE AND TAKEN TO THE LORD. IF WE HAVE THE YEAR CORRECT - AND ALL OF THE SIGNS SAY WE DO - WE BELIEVE THIS IS THE DATE OF THE RAPTURE.
One last thought.... it is quite telling that none other than the finger of GOD drew a diagonal line across the USA 40 days before Yom Kippur as a warning sign to the country to repent of it's evil. Yet, clearly the United States does not, as a second line is drawn 7 years later making the destruction of the USA complete. This, too, matches the fall of Babylon depicted in Revelation and is likely the reason the USA is not mentioned by name, but coded throughout. "All things are hidden... for if not, they would repent and be converted."
