Awesome, BrazenLaver! And how about "It's the Final Countdown" by Europe? lol, believe it our not my daughter was playing it on her flute just last week. She thought it was a cool song she just learned in middle school. Plus Europe's song was in a commercial last year! Even so come Lord Jesus!

Whatif, you inspired me with your timeline, so I did a little digging. This is from an update I just made to Greg's post on the homepage: And one of the top songs right now and top trending on Twitter and YouTube is Harry Styles' newly released music video to his new song "Sign Of The Times": Just stop your crying, it's a sign of the times [The Rev. 12 Sign?] Welcome to the final show [The Tribulation is about to begin - the Day of the LORD] Hope you're wearing your best clothes [The righteousness of Christ received by faith] You can't bribe the door on your way to the sky [Only genuine faith in Christ gets you raptured] You look pretty good down here But you ain't really good [You think you're good, but not by God's standards] [Pre-Chorus] We never learn, we been here before [Unbelievers are stubborn / judgment happened before in the Flood] Why are we always stuck and running from The bullets? The bullets We never learn, we been here before Why are we always stuck and running from The bullets? The bullets [Chorus] Just stop your crying, it's a sign of the times We gotta get away from here [Believers will be leaving] We gotta get away from here Just stop your crying, it'll be alright They told me that the end is near [Because it is - the end of the *age* that is] We gotta get away from here [The Bible repeatedly says Believers will escape before the "hour of trial" or Tribulation comes] [Verse 2] Just stop your crying, have the time of your life Breaking through the atmosphere [Another hint at the rapture or wanting to be included in it] And things are pretty good from here Remember everything will be alright We can meet again somewhere Somewhere far away from here

Awesome, BrazenLaver! And how about "It's the Final Countdown" by Europe? lol, believe it our not my daughter was playing it on her flute just last week. She thought it was a cool song she just learned in middle school. Ha, ha! Excellent! That song always comes to mind when I think about the end times and the rapture because I heard it many years ago during a trip with my husband at a time when I was in the midst of a big Bible prophecy study. My husband was skiing, and I was engrossed in study in our pickup truck as I waited in the parking lot for him. I remember someone in a vehicle fairly far away suddenly blasted music from their radio, and I could hear, "It's the Final Countdown!" I got a good case of goosebumps, I can tell you, and I took that little radio blast as a hug from the Lord and an encouragement to keep on studying. I know the song isn't really about the rapture, but I connect it to that because of my experience on the trip.
Hey, that commercial was hilarious, too! Last year, eh? Interesting timing...

Gary, that is fascinating about the International Day of Peace! Thank you for adding this information! By the way, I noticed on the UN website for the event that there is a 100-day countdown clock there, though it currently shows us at 135 days to September 21. I wonder why it says "The 100-day countdown to the International Day of Peace begins today" when they are 35 days beyond that... The 100-day countdown would actually begin on 13 June 2017. And why count down to it at all? Might it be that we'll be seeing some interesting world events in the span of that 100 days? Just speculation, but it is certainly a curious thing...

Here's an interesting connection to September 21... I watched this video about a week or so ago, and that date jumped out at me at the time. The video is part of a series on various cults--this one in particular regarding Mormonism--and a reference to the date of September 21 is at the time counter from 16:00 to 17:03, so you can speed forward to it.

I think Gary is on to something here!
In addition to 2017 and 2028 being the only "Peace Days" that fall on the feast of trumpets, If you look at all the past themes of the events you will find 2017 as the ONLY year which has Peace and Safety in their posters.
1 Thessalonians 5:3New King James Version (NKJV)
3 For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.
Here are the past themes of the UN peace days: 2016 - Peace One Day 2015 - Partnerships for peace - Dignity for all 2014 - The Right of Peoples to Peace
2013 - Education for Peace
2012 - Sustainable Peace for a Sustainable Future
2011 - Peace and Democracy: Make your voice heard!
2010 - Youth for Peace and Development
2009 - Disarmament and non-proliferation
2008 - Human Rights and Peacekeeping
2007 - Peace is the United Nations' highest calling
2017 Theme: “Together for Peace: Respect, Safety and Dignity for All.”
Kinda makes me wonder!

Last evening I went to my daughters middle school band recital. In the recital 3 songs were played wonderfully. The first song was... I began laughing and then my wife told me that the "final countdown," was voted as the 2017 8th grade song. Weird.... Then they played another well known song from my generation. I thought how cool is that... Then I was totally blown away by the song the young people played at the end. Which is also well known by my generation. So what message did I come away with? Its the Final countdown, to the Thriller and lastly Don't stop believing! Wow...oh wow!
