Welcome, devorah888! I understand your question about the stars--I know that one of the stars, Spica, I think, is generally understood to be a sheaf of wheat in her hand. This is a GREAT topic to discuss. When I have more time I would like to get into it some more. There is a lot to say about it, and maybe some of the others will chime in, in the meantime. |

Your hunch is correct! The wheat in the left hand and palm branch in the other..... HOWEVER... some depictions show the wheat and a "caduceus" which is a staff... There is some websites out there attempting to gather ancient meanings from what the Mazzaroth originally meant... not all are in agreement however... we may just have to wait a bit longer till we can ask jesus face to face! |

Brad, are you familiar with the line of thinking where "Spica" means seed, and has to do with the "seed of the woman" ie, the heel bruising and head crushing and so on?

my mom barbiosheepgirlmom asked the same question about the wheat in the hand of the Vigro..there must be a history to that somehow...

I'm pretty crunched for time right now, but I do remember it coming up before--maybe not on this site, it may have been at one of the other websites or videos out there regarding the Great Sign. It was a while ago that I saw it.

Greetings everyone hope you all are having a blessed day. More questions..I am so overwhelmed by all the information. Can I ask what day for sure Virgo leaves the Rev.12 sign? Does the sun go thru the constellation Draco? I tried looking it up on the net and I cannot find anything that speaks about it...I am really rattled today my baby brother (he is in his fifties) fell and they thought he broke his hip but he has cancer in his colon and it has spread to his hip  Father bless all of you. |
