Will Jesus Come This Year? My vote is for yes. I vote yea. We pretty much figured out the timing for it in 2017 on this very forum. The last heptad, based on the two modern day decrees to restore Jerusalem, like two witnesses needed to decide a matter, are both pointing to this year. Like that quote from Arthur Doyle: 'When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.' So like we already figured out on this forum, that last "seven" must have began already in 2018. I was just looking at this video from another type of Bible student, a student of the Torah and other Jewish writings, who also sees the last "seven" year period as having started already in 2018. He also considers the possibility that, their, our Mashiach, could come this year! Interesting video. Long video. He seems to be using his version of a calendar to isolate 2018 as the first year of the last seven, then matching the various events of severe weather, plague, lockdown, better times of plenty, and now various wars, with the various years. And the video ends with a comet visitation this year in September. If we make it that far. Lol.

I am ready. This year would be fine with me. I know, you always say that. With this we preach to the choir. But will Jesus really come this year? Do you think so? The guy in the video says next year. Or in the year after the last heptad, the 8th year. Technically, that matches with what we were talking about here with witness1. 1535, 1969 and that sabil business. Remember us talking about that here? January 2025. Don't know what day of the month. Could even be the Eve, into New Years Day. Or those days may be shortened and it could begin 40 days after this Nineveh eclipse widow we're in until Pentecost. I had more to say about the video. Then I got seriously sidetracked. Big tree, two trees, broke the house. I took it as a sign to shut up. Two trees are still on the house. I can't even remember what I was going to say. That part about the "Torah is forgotten by those who study it". Torah = The Law. Like in our Bibles where it says Lawlessness will abound. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. Increased lawlessness, for the mystery of lawlessness is already at work. But: "During the fifth year there will be great plenty and they will eat, and drink, and rejoice, and the Torah will return to those who study it." Remember the Bud Light and Target backlash against the Sodomites, and the overturning of Roe/Wade? Returning to the Torah?, returning to the Law? Roe/Wade was one of the composite beast's crowning achievements. It was overturned in the 5th year, 2022. Lawlessness actually decreased that year. The Torah returns, Thou shalt not kill. People on a news forum were asking why is this Roe/Wade overturning happening now after all this time? EGR: "where's your Moses now?' I don't think those things could have happened during the previous 42 months of the beast's authority. Peaceful Sabbath.

I've been seriously sidetracked. Two other guys on two other forums started threads about the half an hour of silence. Sometimes these threads can be idea factories. The Day of Atonement procedures can take about 30 minutes to move the coals from one alter to another. It might be a reference to the length of time it took for the High Priest to take the fire from the bronze altar that is in the outer court of the Temple and then to enter the Holy Place and to use the altar fire to burn incense on the golden altar in front of the Holy of Holies where the Ark of the Covenant had been kept and then to return to where the people were assembled to give them the priestly blessing. The whole procedure took about 30 minutes.
It's interesting, but I don't think that's all it is. But if that is it, I could make a case for the 30 minutes to be happening now, and the seventh seal to have been opened half ways through 2021. (About the space of half an hour, half a heptad, half a seven, half a "hora", or half of a designated space of time.)
Because something relating to this is also happening in Heaven's Temple. Remember Moses being told to make sure he made the temple according to the pattern that he was given? The animal sacrifices ended in the middle of the first century heptad, but there's still another service happening in the Temple in Heaven. At the alter of incense. It needs the censer. In verse 9:27 He puts an end to ALL the sacrifices. The censer is cast down to the earth in Revelation 8. That's the end of all the sacrifices and offerings.
The Day of Atonement is October 11 this year. It's just something to think about.
The Day of Atonement is October 11, 2024.
And C.J. Lovett thinks that's the day Daniel's 70 week begins. Remember the Berisheet Prophecy guy? Rock Island Books? That first line from Genesis declaring the end from the beginning. I always kind of liked the guy. He got the 30AD date right, even though he's a couple days off on the week day. But now he has all these 2024 videos. And he's selling DVD's in a 6 pack set intended for us to give to the people we know who we think will be left behind on the Rapture Deal.
He's making me nervous. He thinks that the 70th week begins in October this year, I think it will be almost over by then.
At around 24:42 he starts a video within a video. He does make a great quality video. Shows great on the big screen 2K.

Does it strike you as odd that he calculates this from left to right, instead of as the words flow: from right to left...?

Does it strike you as odd that he calculates this from left to right, instead of as the words flow: from right to left...? Not really. This part looks more like he's explaining it right to left. I'm more worried about how he's getting October 11 this year for the start of the 70th week. Atonement day 2024. I understand 2031 minus 7 years for 2024. Like, we might both be right that the Rapture is this year, but that's the only one. There shouldn't be another heptad after that. I still think January 2025 is the last stop. Levi Eshkol's Company for the reconstruction of the Old City of Jerusalem went live in January 1969. That qualified as a decree, a governmental command to restore Jerusalem. And it came 62 weeks, 434 years after the Ottoman Decree in 1535. docs.google.com/file/d/0B45gJhLdDCqqMEVSaWs5eVlMQkU/edit?pli=1&resourcekey=0-4BV-2YonkdeJN9AJ04K-ngIsaac Newton's idea, the methods we have discussed here, are more accurate, more precise, than counting 1000 year days from Creation week. Or the day that Adam fell. I still don't see how we can be wrong. Until we are. But we shall soon see. Giddy up.

We'd have a resounding yes vote, and He'd be here at this very instant! I know that does sound funny, a vote for Jesus' soon return. I guess I was thinking more like a poll. Like a vote for who thinks He's coming back in the next 5 years, or 3 years, or this year. What about you whatif? How would you vote in an opinion poll? This year, or in the next 5 years? My vote is for this year. Even though there's only 5 months remaining. Crazy. I could be a nut.
But I keep on reviewing the check list and I don't see how it can be any other way. All systems are go. I like the telemetry data I'm seeing, so the mission remains a “go.” Houston good for throttle up. Go for throttle up.
Peaceful Sabbath.

Peaceful Sabbath. May the Lord bless you, davewatchman! This year is very likely, and it is certainly my prayer and my hope. Every year--every day--I say this could certainly be the time of His coming. We are seeing so many amazing signs that His return is oh so near. The "birthpains" are coming so much more quickly now, intensifying beyond what I ever imagined as I studied Bible prophecy all the way back during my teen years (I'm nearing 60 now). Perhaps this is strange to say, but just seeing the amazing signs all around me is enough to be a comfort in knowing that there is not long to wait for Jesus to return for us, whether that is indeed this year or within the next five years. I just know that He is coming, and while it is still hard to wait, there are now so many confirmations that the time is soon, soon, soon, that watching for His coming is joy to me.

And you as well whatif! I like the way you word it, "the time of His coming." That's what I think this has been. We're in the heptad, the seven, where it will happen. Like how Jesus called it: "the coming of the Son of Man." A parade of apocalyptic events and signs which will culminate with His Arrival. Behold, He is coming as a thief. Nobody is realizing it. But then again, I've only been looking into this since 2013. (I'll be 63 on August 13). Is that the 9th of Av? Lol.
And it's great that all this for you can be "a comfort in knowing that there is not long to wait for Jesus to return for us." It can all be so worrisome to some. We know how this all is going to end. We're excited. Like kids on Christmas Eve.

I have been having a little bit of fun talking to some guys on a PM. Not much though. Both at Worthy and Y tube. At Worthy they won't allow videos, but they can be sent on a PM. Christian Widener is an author and video maker who is talking about the materials we were discussing here in 2017 and 2018. But instead of using the 1535 decree, or the 1536 date found on the sabils of Old Jerusalem, he's using other plaques he found with the date of 1537-1541. He's a really nice guy though, and I can tell he loves the Lord. I still have to default to the earliest date, our evidence remains overwhelming in my opinion. Interesting in this video he mentions the end of January into the beginning of February, kind of lines up with the Eshkol decree in 1969. And it's interesting to see people still talking about these materials, the ideas Isaac Newton first suggested during the middle ages. Dave from Worthy: "And so this is the subject of the thread that I would have loved to talk about. Even though I don't see Dr. Christian as being correct in his data, he sure is a nice guy. And he is working with the correct formula. Me and a couple other guys were working hard on this around 2015 and 2017 on another forum. Those were the most exciting times I had ever spent on an internet forum. We were all working together like we were on the same team. It was a virtual idea factory. There was a pastor's wife from Florida who was smart. She got the holy grail link from the ISA, the archives of the government of the State of Israel. That link doesn't even work anymore. Spooky. When I click on it it says you need to have an invitation, or is "open to invited readers only." The link had another link in it which connected to an order signed by Levi Eshkol in 1969. The Hebrew text wasn't readable to us at the time, but twice we could read the old typed date 1968 (14.8.68). This to me at the time was like gold. The minutes of the Knesset weren't exactly forthcoming on the net. I had thought I would need to go to a library in Israel and dig though microfiche files. Lol. Even the legal forum where the link originated from said something about it being odd that the paperwork made it to the President's Office, as these types of public works orders never made it that high. And here is where the only reason is that I wondered if I could be wrong. Levi Eshkol. After the 6 day war in the spring of 1968, the Sate of Israel expropriated the Jewish Quarter in the Old City of Jerusalem. The Knesset debated the specifics of creating a company for the rebuilding and restoration of the Jewish Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. Then the paperwork was sent to the President to be signed. And Levi Eshkol was the quintessential Jew. He was a Jew's Jew. He knew all the important history and regulations required to be a Jew. Before he became President, he was on the panel that would decide who could come back to Israel and be a Jew. So he must have known all the dates of when the temple was built, commanded to be rebuilt, and all the dates of when it was destroyed. He certainly would have known of the Ottoman command to rebuild the temple in 1535. He would have certainly known that if he had waited a bit and signed the paperwork in 1969, his decree would be exactly 62 weeks, 434 years, after the Sulieman command in 1535. But he signed it and the company went live in January 1969, Levi died that same month. So I don't think he was a practical joker. For anyone reading this and wants a better understanding of what we're talking about, but doesn't have the time to read a book, there's a quick way to thumb through it. Like I wanted to know quickly, without reading a book, exactly which stone plaques the book author was counting from? These dates are crucial, if we're hoping to be accurate in our count of weeks. He says the dates are carved in stone. So... On a windows computer, with Firefox, or a chrome browser, go to the web page with the book. When the page loads as a PDF in the browser, hold CTRL+F and the "FIND" blank will pop up. Then type: STONE in the blank. Then hit the right arrow to fly though the book and see every place where it's written carved in STONE. witnessingtheend.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/witnessing-the-end_2023_free-pdf-1.pdfSignal FailureA cool little quote, from the search of stone. A Miracle in StoneWhen the end of the present dispensation shall come has been an anxious question among Christians for nearly two thousand years. Inquiry, and desire to be informed about it, is the natural fruit of faith in what has been foretold and promised in the Scriptures. No one should be censured or lose caste for being concerned to know when the great things of his hopes are to be consummated. The holy Apostles themselves were deeply exercised and often inquired with reference to this point. But God has seen best to throw a thick veil over it, which we should not obtrusively try to lift by an over-curiosity of ours. And by whatever indications led to think our redemption on the eve of accomplishment, we should never lose sight of the Saviour’s answer to those who sought his instructions on this point, namely: “It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.” It is uncertain and dangerous ground on which to adventure. Almost every century since our Lord’s ascension has had its time set in human speculations for his return to judge the quick and the dead, but thus far all such attempts to fix upon the date have utterly failed, to the great discomfiture of those who thought themselves amply assured, thus piling up demonstration on demonstration to the truth of the Master’s words: “Of that day and that hour knoweth no man.” The Rationalistic world is ever parading these signal failures as the standing reproach of all prophetic study, and we put ourselves in the position of very unapt and unwilling scholars if we are not effectively admonished by them to suppress our zeal and to practice becoming reserve touching specific dates of unfulfilled predictions. — Joseph Seiss, A Miracle in Stone (1877) www.worthychristianforums.com/topic/304870-does-daniel-924-27-teach-a-double-70-week-prophecy-with-the-new-information-of-suleiman%E2%80%99s-decree-in-ad-1537-41-adding-490-yrs-ad-2027-31-is-it-the-end-of-the-age-where-christ-will-return-traslating-the-hebrew-word-for-word/?do=findComment&comment=3797797

davewatchman, very exciting stuff. Indeed, I remember several years ago poring over research regarding Suleiman (ironically, "Solomon") and his dreams and decrees. I'm still convinced a second count of the 483 years (69 weeks of years) is somehow in play. Going by the date on the sabil plaque arguably points to 2020, which certainly had a lot going for it: COVID, Deal of the Century reveal, Venus-Pleiades, election, etc. It was an inflection point. That said, one thing my research revealed is that pinning down exact dates in the range of 1535-1541 is quite challenging. A later 1541 date + 483 years of course leads to this year. I also watched an interview with Widener a few months back where he discusses the likely location of the Temple (north of the Dome of the Rock, facing the Golden Gate directly). Pretty convincing.

I also watched an interview with Widener a few months back where he discusses the likely location of the Temple (north of the Dome of the Rock, facing the Golden Gate directly). Pretty convincing. I also agree that there's two separate counts of 70weeks in Daniel 9. It's just that's what it is, that's the reality of what we have before us. It wouldn't make sense from the text alone reading Daniel 9 in the earlier years, prior to 1969. 1969 is why it has to be 1535. It looks to me like Dr. Cristian, and that other author from the 5 doves article in 2018, are using stone plaques with dates talking about the construction, or the completion of the construction. "The Walls of Jerusalem surround the Old City of Jerusalem. In 1535, when Jerusalem was part of the Ottoman Empire, Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent ordered the ruined city walls to be rebuilt. The work took some four years, between 1537 and 1541. The walls are visible on most old maps of Jerusalem over the last 1,500 years."Reading it like a legal decree, it's from the going forth of the command itself that starts the countdown, not the construction, not the work, duration or completion. It would mean the cries from these stones, are reaching their crescendo now: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walls_of_Jerusalem1969And 1969 was rock and roll time. 1969 confirms 1535. I believe that the Lord was here that year, working through current events and the media. The signs were all over the place. Too many to be coincidence. It was Isaac Newton who first suggested that the 7 and 62 could be separate and interchangeable. With the 7 weeks relating primarily to the second coming of Christ. Newton's materials, sealed since the time he wrote them, only became available to the public in 1969. 1969 was the year Apollo 10 broke the speed record for mankind on May 26, at 36,397 ft/sec, never been beat since. Then on November 14, 1969, Apollo 12 dropped their lunar module on the moon which then caused it to ring "like a bell" for an hour. 1969 saw John Fogerty's release of "Bad Moon Rising", and Norman Greenbaum's: "Spirit in the Sky." (Gotta have a friend in Jesus). And an old Gospel hymn, "O Happy Day", was re released in a remake and climbed up the charts, even in Europe of all places, all in 1969. When Jesus washed my sins away. 1969 saw the coin toss to decide Big Red's fate. Secretariat. Even the spell checker knows his name. Lol. His sire was Bold Ruler, his mare was Somethingroyal. That was the horse that God made. The people who saw him run at Belmont thought they were seeing something supernatural. People cheered his win, and then they wept. The sports commentator said when he turned the corner at the last quarter mile it was as if God took the reigns and said you can go boy. And away he went. His record has never been beat. 51 years latter. Secretariat is on the list of the top 200 athletes of the century. #35!I recommend the Disney movie Secretariat. I watched the thing like 20 times, I never get tired of it. Lol. This is the clip where John Malkovich opens the trunk of his car to read from the horse book to see who the sire of Big Red is: But this whole deal has the prophetic time periods painting me into a corner. I'm Charlie Brown now at night in the pumpkin patch. Waiting. The suspense is killing me.
