a spoiler alert***2 Thessalonians 2:10-12
And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
No doubt for those that have seen the new infinity war noticed how Thanos is portrayed as the ultimate bully from Heaven above!
His love and mercy as the (I am) is twisted and selfish but his power can not be matched.
As Thanos opens portals in the realm of heaven & earth to accumulate the six stones I was thinking how significant Thanos power was becoming.
I correlated this with the opening of the six seals of Revelation that culminates with the sun becoming black as sackcloth and the moon as blood.
We know that this is a sign showing ultimate judgment has arrived.
With the ending of this movie all the audience in my theater groaned with great dissatisfaction along with what I thought was crying form a few ladies. It was then that I remembered this verse...
Matthew 13:49-50 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Thanos is the ultimate bully, the ultimate terrorist and at the end he steals our favorite people from us, thereby becoming ultimate thief to those that are left behind.
1 Thessalonians 5:1-3 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
The vanishing of the heroes and people, that Thanos did with the snap of his fingers, at the end of the movie was very much like they had been "snatched away."
My friends Thanos has become the most hated villain from above.
Truly God shall send them a strong delusion that they might believe a lie and be damned.
