I like that math krnboitae! Very possible. God has been giving plenty of warning signs along the way.

I had looked at those numbers too and wondered if 680-690 was when the desolation started. The verse is so confusing though that I wasn't sure if I was reading it right.

I like that math krnboitae ! Very possible. God has been giving plenty of warning signs along the way. I always saw 1290 and 1335 as tribulation days in people's interpretation. But I never saw this before until yesterday.

This year is 70th anniversary of Israel. Could this be the year that we return home by last trump? Really hoping and just watching!!!

krnboitae you were on my mind these past few days. I dont know who he was, but there was Korean pastor speaking at the memorial of Billy Graham that was aired on foxnews on Friday. He was teary and mentioned how the Gospel had such an impact on people in South Korea... Your math here is very Biblical and supports a lot of what I have thought in terms of the decree in Daniel 9... Blessings, brother!!

He had big impact everywhere he went! He is in better place now and lets hope his passing away is a sign for us to return home!

However, I see one problem with this interpretation and this is based on the bolded scripture. The two timespans are in serial order according to the given model. No single human can wait (or endure) for at least 1335 years and get a blessing afterwards. Can someone please explain what I am missing here?

You are right~ We cannot live 1335 years.... but may be double meaning? like satan comes as a lightening from heaven pronounced as barack obama~

When you look at the word "wait", it is sometimes in the context of "longing" or waiting for the Lord, or Him waiting for something for us. ( hyperlink)Psalm 33:20 "Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and our shield." Job 3:20-21 "Why is light given to him who is in misery, and life to the bitter in soul, who long for death, but it comes not, and dig for it more than for hidden treasures, who rejoice exceedingly and are glad when they find the grave?" Isaiah 8:17 "I will wait for the Lord, who is hiding his face from the house of Jacob, and I will hope in him." Isaiah 30:18 "Therefore the Lord waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for him."NAS translates it as "he who keeps waiting". ( hyperlink)
For the word "comes", it is most often translated "touch". It is used in the context of Eve saying God told her not to "touch" the fruit, the angel "touching" Jacob's hip socket, and this passage I have looked at so many times these last months: When Moses told the words of the people to the LORD, 10the LORD said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their garments 11and be ready for the third day. For on the third day the LORD will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people. 12And you shall set limits for the people all around, saying, ‘Take care not to go up into the mountain or touch the edge of it. Whoever touches the mountain shall be put to death. 13No hand shall touch him, but he shall be stoned or shot;a whether beast or man, he shall not live.’ When the trumpet sounds a long blast, they shall come up to the mountain.” 14So Moses went down from the mountain to the people and consecrated the people; and they washed their garments. 15And he said to the people, “Be ready for the third day; do not go near a woman.” (Exodus 19:9-15)
In this sense, could this proposed interpretation of days = years be correct? Could this be saying "blessed is he who keeps waiting for/longing for and touches year 1335 (2018)"?

The Babylonian Kingdom was established in 608/609 BC, but I’m not sure how that qualifies as “the daily sacrifice being taken away”. The math is definitely interesting though. www.bibleworldhistory.com/70Years.htm
