That could mean the AC could be the head of any of the countries that sign the deal, not necessarily someone involved in negotiating it. It does limit the pool of candidates to less than 20, imho, including "unknown player who is not currently a head of any government, or in any current position of power." |

I just read some news article or commentary an hour ago or so about how Saudi Arabia could compensate/withhold from [monetarily] the Palestinians for compliance with an agreement with Israel (The one the Trump administration is drafting). The article implied an ability to enforce (economically) the agreement, which is an interesting twist if true: the enforcement/confirming is done on the palestinians/muslims (many) rather than on Israel.
