I often tell people that, if one is 70 years old or older, and has lived to see all the things that have taken place in America over those many years, then he or she can easily understand the end-time Biblical prophecies....that is, if they put enough time and effort into studying those prophecies. After having studied those scriptures for some forty years while watching this nation become the cess-pool that it is today, I truly believe that God chose to use the past 70 years of America's history for the time-line of Christ's second coming.
There were 2 specific events that took place in the 60's that changed America from a Christian nation blessed of God, to a damned nation that's presently bound for judgment.
In 1963 we European Americans abolished the daily school prayer, and four years later in 1967 we abolished the anti-Mesegenation laws, bringing to pass the prophecy in Daniel 12:11 which says,
"And from the time that the daily sacrifice (the daily school prayer) shall be taken away, and the abomination (interracial marriage) that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days."
"O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?, Daniel said in verse 8 of chapter 12. The Lord responded,
"Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end."
These prophecies aren't closed and sealed any longer, people, for they've already come to pass, and America now awaits God's judgment!
God have mercy on us all!!

Faye, I've told you. The abomination that causes desolation occurs in the middle of the Tribulation. The Antichrist himself causes it. In your thread about your theory, I put in a Greek study that has the man of lawlessness either be all living humans (including Jesus), or one particular man.

Sorry Beloved, but the things taught by today's prophecy teachers just don't line up with the scriptures. Besides, we were warned about those very prophecy teachers by Peter in 2nd Peter 2, and especially by Jesus himself in Matthew 24. Jesus foretold that MANY of them would arise in the last days and would deceive MANY.

faye I don't know what bible your reading but its defiantly not the Christian one Why do you say that? Please give one good reason why you believe God would not use America and events that have transpired in America, for the timeline of Christ's second coming. I've asked fellow Christians this question countless time over the years and not one of them has ever given me an answer.
