Barbiosheepgirl, I’ve been giving this a lot of thought. I obviously don’t have the definitive answer, but a possible scenario. As I’ve stated in other posts I believe Syria was the destination of chemical and WMD’s from the Iraq war. Some in our government then thought they were smuggled in from Sadam Hussein. As I also shared in the Turkey Invades Syria posts, Israel was going to bombard positions in and around Damascus in retaliation for their F-16 being shot down until Putin stepped in. If Israel again gets attacked by Syrian forces and Israel this time responds with bombing runs, this could potentially have catastrophic results. What if Israel either intentionally or mistakenly hits a weapon cache of the WMD or chemical weapons? Would it not cause massive destruction? This would definitely be a trigger. Would this cause all out war there? Highly probable. It could also cause the powers in the region to immediately call for a peace agreement to stop any escalation. Thus begins a possible rapture time IMHO. Hello BSG, Stephan, others. ;-)
sog, I think your scenario is very very likely. J D Farag, also is convinced that Sadam Hussein smuggled Weapons of Mass Destruction into Syria, and that they were hidden/ stockpiled under the city of Damascus.
Check out Google pictures of Damascus - It's absolutely surreal. It already looks like a "ruinous heap". But scripture says it will become unhabitable. Countless cities have been sacked and rebuilt. Warsaw, was 90% destroyed, entire city was rubble. Our city, Szczecin, Poland was 70% destroyed. How can a city be uninhabitable. ?? Due to massive amounts of chemical and biological weapons / nuclear missiles/ etc. etc.
All it would take is one single missile or rocket that hits the right building/ or a few missiles to hit several targets and that's it. Finished, end of story for Damascus. I think we'll be gone, and watching from the Balcony. - But actually, I really think we will be so amazed and in such awe and wonder to be in heaven with the lamb, that we won't even be remotely interested in seeing the horror unleashed on earth. To be frank - I don't even think God would allow us to see it. I think that by the time this happens, - Damascus totally destroyed, it would be the perfect chance for someone to emerge who promises Peace and security / Peace and Safety - the Anti-Christ, and he will declare a treaty with Isreal and many nations. ?? Muslim countries in the ME ??
Another thing that is very very fascinating is that it says "All nations will turn against Isreal." There are tens of millions of Evangelicals who know prophecy and love Israel and will never turn against her. Many Christians in congress/ Senate, government positions and countless military officers.
How can we reconcile this?? Again - J D' theory is that the rapture happens, and along with tens of millions of Christians are NATO officers, and law enforcement - military, soldiers, coast guard, pilots, and doctors / nurses / firemen - making total anarchy, mass hysteria, rioting and chaos - leaving US incapable of coming to help Isreal. ;-) Hmmmm.
Blessings, Disciple4Life. Maranatha

Hello Fellow watchmen. This is very interesting - www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/02/23/us-embassy-in-jerusalem-to-open-in-may-2018.html The white House announced that the US Embassy in Jerusalem will open this May, to correspond with the 70th anniversary of Israel becoming a nation. The timeline has been greatly accelerated - earlier the WH had said it would be Fall of 2019 and Tillerson said it could take years. ROFL. What ever people think about Trump, I think God is using him, and he is undoubtedly the most Pro-Israel president in the history of the US. ;-) Just wow. This will be an amazing thing to see. I truly believe we're seeing labor pains - friends.

Agreed D4L, I still think he's going to sit there in May and say something dumb like "Only God could pull this off and I did it"

This just in, from Gary's latest article on the unsealed home page. The Israeli government [??Sanhedrin] is minting a special edition coin to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Israel and the moving of the US Embassy to Jerusalem. It has an image of Cyrus the Great, who played a key role in the building of the temple and an image of Trump, who played a huge role in moving the US embassy to Jerusalem. That timeline was greatly accelerated, and now it's happening. Part of the proceeds of the donation [$50] goes to raise money for the 3rd Temple, and part goes for training of priests. Regardless whether people hate Trump or love him or are indifferent - this is history, and I think it also dovetails with end-times prophecy. Maybe this fits better under the 3rd Temple, but it overlaps a lot - because, well, it's Israel. ;-) en.hamikdash.org.il/about/we-need-your-support/the-temple-coin/ I ordered mine, and got the email confirmation that the order was received - but until I get it, I can't say 100% if it's legit. Wow, mike, it's like a kid waiting for Christmas.

This is from Gary's latest article, - Yesterday, March 5, and then there was this interesting fact in a comment, it's from another article about the third temple. It's very interesting that they are planning a Passover sacrifice on the temple mount. "The next project that the two organizations will cooperate on is a reenactment of the Paschal Sacrifice on March 26. At that time, Kohanim (Jewish men of priestly descent) will recreate the Temple service in a manner resembling the Temple service as much as possible. They will be dressed in the priestly garments and using silver vessels intended for use in the Third Temple. A lamb will be sacrificed and roasted in a Biblically authentic manner." Amir's latest update brought up some very interesting points. Especially the timing of the investigation against Netanyahu is staggering. Right now, just when war is looming around the corner, some weird forces, I suspect the globalists are trying to bring Netanyahu down. But maybe, this is God's preparation for showing Israel, the HE is the guardian and HE saves Israel from her enemies?
For now I have the impression of the calm before the storm....
Check out Amir for yourself. Exciting!

Hello Brothers, Sisters, Not sure which thread is the best place for this, but it clearly is significant for Israel, and I think is yet another piece of the puzzle - taking shape more and more every week. crownheights.info/israel/609240/israeli-court-allows-jewish-prayer-on-temple-mount/ So they will be doing a sacrifice this year - on March 26, Nissan 10, according to the full Biblical requirements, and with all the special garments and instruments, and on the day the Lamb was selected and presented for Passover, Hmmmmm. Wonder why/ how they chose this date for the enactment. ?? Then, we just get the official declaration / judges ruling that Jews can pray on the Temple Mount. It seems that this is significant particularly in light of the huge 70th Anniversary of Israel becoming a nation. Keep looking up. Maranatha.

Israeli - Palestinian peace talks still alive. www.bloomberg.com/view/articles/2018-03-21/israeli-palestinian-peace-deal-is-alive-thanks-to-jared-kushnerFrom article - A deal, however, isn’t imminent, or even on the horizon. In the end, the Arab states can’t actually sign a peace agreement without a Palestinian state signing it, too. They would lose too much legitimacy at home, thus losing ground to Iran, which the very enemy they are seeking to marginalize by allying with Israel in the first place. Abbas knows this, which is why he is taking the risky tack of just saying no to the Saudi crown prince and the whole idea of a Trump peace deal. He’s worried that any deal the Israelis would offer under Trump’s aegis would be a deal he wouldn’t want to accept, or couldn’t accept without a Hamas takeover as the sure consequence. Abbas’s rational gamble is that the deal will die of its own accord -- for example, if Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is indicted and/or resigns as a result of corruption allegations against him, or if his coalition collapses for other reasons. And then this article about Abbas health- www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-5187287,00.html So, Abbas and Netanyahu could both be potentially gone. One by poor health, the other by possible corruption. What would this do to peace talks? End them for a while or would it make them more urgent now? Sometimes when people are faced with mortality they want to do something they will be remembered by. Could that be the case here if Abbas knows his time is short? If one or both are gone, who becomes the next leader? A possible AC ?

Definitely a high watch time in Israel this weekend. freebeacon.com/national-security/hamas-swarm-israels-border-sparking-fear-new-passover-war/From article- The Palestinian terrorist group Hamas is planning a mass demonstration along Israel's border on Friday, prompting fears of a new war with the Jewish state ahead of the Passover holiday, according to regional experts and U.S. officials who say they are closely monitoring the situation. On the heels of a recent military exercise that observers described as "unprecedented," Hamas leaders have called for some 100,000 Gaza Strip resident to engage in six weeks of mass demonstrations along the Israeli border as Jewish families gear up for the Passover holiday, which begins Friday evening. Why 6 weeks of demonstrations? What happens on the 7th week? Also, m.jpost.com/Middle-East/Report-Israeli-stealth-fighters-fly-over-Iran-547421Israeli fighter jets are entering Iran airspace. From article- In response to the Iranian drone, a senior Israeli official warned that Israel will react with force to Iran's efforts to entrench itself further in Syria. "...the Iranians are determined to continue to establish themselves in Syria, and the next incident is only a matter of time,” he said, warning that Israel does not rule out that that the Islamic Republic will continue to try to attack Israel.

This is very sad news, mike. I heard yesterday some radio broadcast with alarmingly wrong and false informations on this "event" and its backgrounds. Terrible! The whole thing makes a good copy. Israel, the IDF soldiers and also the socalled Palestinians need our prayers more than ever. May God give them wisdom, love for the other side and peace.

Hello Fellow watchmen. This is totally surreal. Jerusalem is about to become a cup of trembling, and a huge stone that crushes those who try to move it. The middle East is Boiling over. Super high watch time. www.timesofisrael.com/6-gazans-said-wounded-as-thousands-flock-to-border-to-protest/ Hamas is strategically putting hundreds of children an elderly at the front lines as they demonstrate and throw rocks at the Israeli border. These massive, large-scale demonstrations/ (riots) are planned to go for six to seven weeks. all the way up through May 14th, - the 70th Anniversary Celebration. Maranatha. I believe with all my heart - every part of my being that next year, we will all be together in the New Jerusalem. Disciple4life
