I fully understand that there may be meaning to certain aspects of the portraits. I also believe 100% that while they may not be end times characters, the two of them are among the top ten most evil people currently walking the earth (probably top five).
That said, I think the fingers thing could possibly just be chalked up to what you get when you hire an artist based on qualifications other than skill. There is clear evidence that some sort of software was used to create the leaves on Obama's portrait (how ironic that even the portrait of the degenerate is fake, just like everything else about him). The finger issue could be pure coincidence that neither artist is very good with hands.
Side note: As an artist, I can say that hands/feet are some of the most difficult things to get right if you do not dedicate time specifically to those features.
Again, not claiming that the oddities are just mistakes. They could very well be hidden meanings, but just trying to look at all angles here.

I like to look at all sides of an issue as well, so I get what you're saying. But... this artist is actually quite talented. Look at the hands in some of his other paintings:   The hands in these paintings are spot on. If you're painting the POTUS, wouldn't you take time to get the hands right if you're capable of doing it? It just seems fishy to me. |

Agreed. Side note though: Take a look at the last picture there. The woman on the right side has six fingers on both hands.
*edit* viewed up close in Photoshop, she has five fingers on each hand, and the appearance is more due to lighting. Now, is that intentional? No clue there.
