I'm reminded that the Eastern Orthodox churches have already made "nice" with Rome and both sides have officially revoked the anathemas from 1054 AD that led to the Great Schism.
There is a real effort to unite political, anti-Gospel Christianity into one institutional entity. This union will ultimately pave the way for a future one world religion (imho).
You would think it would be good when Christians unite, but not when they are Christians-in-name-only who reject the Gospel and teach universalism, works-righteousness, and/or "therapeutic moral deism", at the expense of the exclusive claims of Christ.

I clicked on this headline to see what the Russian Church said. I have ought with the orthodox world. I went to a Greek Orthodox wedding of a friend, sat down and picked up a Bible in the pew of the orthodox church. I thought, well at least they read the Bible that they carry and around and fawn over. Then I turned to the book of Revelation and the Bible had a printed warning that this book of Revelation would not be read in any public Church Service. I am pretty sure Russian Orthodox may be equally frightened of Revelation and thus, I conclude, it is impossible for that Church to rightly divide the Word when you leave important parts out. It is not that they will be 1/66th off. This could cause a 100% diversion from truth, couldn't it? SOCIETY UNITING A GOOD THING? Here is what Revelation says. What takes place after the rapture is that Society (that evil generation refers to everyone left after the rapture) will unite, first under "Peace and Safety" then immediately there will be catastrophe. Then Society will unite to rid the world of people who came to faith and believe in that God who dared not take them (WHAT? I WAS LEFT BEHIND, WELL WHO DOES GOD THINK HE IS!) in the rapture. Not only God but those who dwell in heaven will be blasphemed. The anger at God and the escaped believers will find its outlet causing those new believers after the rapture to suffer so much more. Sorry Tribulation Saints!!! We were unable to reach you before the rapture. Sorry Tribulation Saints out of the Orthodox Church and RCC. You had poor shepherds. Let's try to reach them now, Saints. Oh by the way, "that evil generation" was referred to by Jesus...He said the men of Nineveh (who experienced a great eclipse and then the message of Jonah) will rise to condemn this evil generation because the men of Nineveh had less evidence and a lesser man, Jonah (today everyone on earth has John 3:16 and the message of Jesus) and yet they repented. This evil generation has the message of Jesus, THE COMPLETE WORD OF GOD, AND they had an eclipse which on day 33 had a GREAT RESURRECTION SIGN OCCUR. No wonder, those who are unbelievers will be condemned by the men of Nineveh. Blessings Saints. Soon the nation of the redeemed church will be created in a day.

It is amazing to me various denominations being so bold with outright censorship. I have not paid attention to how other denominations handle the Bible, but I wonder if it is super important to identify those churches that do such a thing? More so so that one can be educated on what the churches are doing? I always hear those saying, you should be reaching the lost... To me some of the most lost people are those who are "trapped" in a Christian denomination that is denying their congregation of the complete Word. It is filtered, it is made out to be "unreadable" by the lay peoples...My recent experience involved a funeral, and I was asked to pick from a pre-selected list of scripture for the readings. I looked around and asked for a Bible in the room (somewhat rhetorical question as I had my own), but I was curious...and all the Bibles I found were tucked together on the book shelf. However, the Book of Common Prayer was out on the coffee tables, and it was suggested that I look in there as that book is filled with some really "inspirational guidance." My heart ached at that moment. How sad that the Word of God itself is set aside for the writings of man.. It was kind of known in the room that I knew the Scriptures, too, which was a compliment. But then sad to me at the same time...

What's worse is that on one of the Ortho's websites, they say that salvation is by faith-plus-works; they even use part of Ephesians 2:8-9. I say part, because they removed the line that says "not of works", lol.
The Russian Ortho church is every corrupt from what I hear. Apparently Krill has a fondness for the ladies also. Many Russians think they're good with God because they're Russian.

The Russia Orthodox chruch system, is huge... and second only to the Roman Catholic Western Branch..
For it is the two feet of Daniel 2..... one West, one East.
The leader of the East is the Prelate of Moscow, very dignified looking High Priest, (or false prophet) Kirill
He has all the ear marks of the FP from Revelation, and backs up the Russian President and will back up the future AC President of Russia.
But we are not nationalistic, I would suggest and dont back up any nationality or worldly government.. whether Russia, America or any worldly country.
So Yes, Kirill knows prophecy from his angle and they know its the end times and they want and shall be the last rulers of the Earth... they are prepared.
His residence is only blocks from the Knesset.... and it faces east....
